Wonderful hotel, I really enjoyed the room, hotel design, and staff service, especially from the nice Japanese lady at reception who seemed to anticipate our needs ahead of time! The location is in a great, quiet charming neighborhood. It takes ~15 min to get to old Vienna on public transit. If you're ok with non-city-center location, this is not a bad choice, and a particularly good value. Only nit is that at check-in, the staff said the minibar was free, but then it was never restocked without us calling in about it during our stay. A bit disappointing, but more than I expected so I won't ding them for it.

Just opened last month. The decor has hints of the place's imperial past, but essentially it is a brand new hotel. I stayed in room 443 which was spacious and immaculate. AC works fine, WIFI is strong. There is a spa (did not go) and an all day bar which serves a rigorous cocktail :) The breakfast is a good Austro-German collation including weisswurst if that is your thing. Staff are very helpful, the ambience is relaxed and sophisticated. I know people will say that it is too far out of the historic centre but it is not really. A 5 minute taxi ride (11 Euros) or jump on a tram Oh yes, and there is a great Irish bar just outside the main gate Enjoy!

We had a great weekend stay. The renovated hotel rooms and lobby are very nice. Local touches and designs and garden provided great setting. Staff were excellent, Radha and the entire staff made us feel at home. City center is 10 minutes away. Highly recommend it.

Brand new property, beautiful decoration, very helpful employees. Since this is new property, I think they need to clean up the outside area, many outside overgrown bushes needed to be removed or clean up. The only question I have is, what the hotel name is related to?

Very nice, newly refurbished hotel a 20 minute walk or five minute cab ride from the centre, or a ten minute walk from the Upper Belvedere Gallery. They haven’t quite got the heating and air con sorted yet but I’m sure they’ll fix that soon. Only other quibble is that the restaurant menu is a little limited (although quite tasty), but that’s probably only an issue if you are here on business and relying on room service. The lovely staff are an additional bonus.

This is great renovation of a previously different branded property. The renovation was done very well. Modern but still very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The property was only open for a few weeks so they are still working out a few kinks. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Something for everyone. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking of museums and restaurants. One big problem. The air conditioning. In my opinion there is no air conditioning. The blower is extremely loud. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you won’t be able to have the air-conditioning on at night. The window opens but only slightly. And there’s not enough draft to bring in the cooler air from outside. The air conditioned air is not cooled. It was not possible to get the room cooled down.

We had a really wonderful stay at the Imperial Riding School. The hotel has recently reopened under Autograph by Marriott and it does live up to expectation. The decor is really well thought out and feels modern, inviting, creative and luxurious. The building is beautiful and it’s well located a short distance from trams and 20 mins walk into district 1. We were celebrating my wife’s bday and we felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They had also organised a few treats for us and some surprises which was a very nice touch. Overall, a really great hotel which I highly recommend. We will definitely consider staying here again in our next trip to Vienna. Only downside, we didn’t book breakfast and to add it separately was a bit expensive (€34/person/day), but it looked good so either book your stay with breakfast or if not there are good alternative options around. Overall - 5/5 stars

Good weekend getaway location with fantastic hospitality, brand new design & furnishing, good food and plus … We spent a long weekend to visit Vienna’s highlights, Concert at Musikverein. The hotel has a perfect location to all of it either walking or tram rides ( 2 lines stops within 100m). Special thank to Rada at breakfast who made our weekend memorable with her full of smiles kindness explaining the hotel history and more. The Negroni and the beetroot tartar was extraordinary at the bar - kudos for the chef and the bartender.

Exceptional stay at the Imperial Riding School after an awaited renovation period! The hotel has been renovated to exceptional luxurious lifestyle standards combining a mix of Viennese tradition and modernity. The restaurant and outdoor garden bar set the new top standards for Vienna. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with the latest technology. We enjoyed the different bars and restaurants the hotel offers and had the chance to unwind at the spa and various saunas. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this hotel sets a new standard for luxury and comfort. Can't wait to return!
