Perfect location, very clean room.We didn’t have breakfast…good value for money.

The room quite dusty especially the carpet. Better take Uber or taxi .

就一個電梯，上上下下都是滿員，酒店布草🚗也用它，一輛車就佔滿了。等了二十分鐘才進去，太對不起這個房價了。

Останавливались семьёй, все прошло хорошо. Сетевой отель за свои деньги с отличным расположением.

Hotel situato in buona posizione a 10 minuti dal centro e con fermate metro e tram vicine. Colazione nella media (purtroppo erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione) e servita nella hall e in una stanza attigua. Personale gentile e professionale.

酒店的設施和服務，都在連鎖酒店的正常水準之上，附近地鐵，公交站都不遠，步行到聖史蒂芬大教堂衹要20分鐘左右，外加附近地段中相對低廉的房費，已經足夠新的裝修，是一個值得推薦的住所。 唯一美中不足的是空調系統，衹有舒適模式，外面下雪温度零下，室內衹能説是不冷，但離温暖舒適有一定差距

We visited Vienna mainly to see the Chris**as markets and chose this hotel because it was a fairly short walk to the centre of Vienna. Our first impression of the hotel was not great as it is currently being refurbished and they are using a temporary room as a reception which is basically a desk across the doorway and this room is reached from a door further down the path from the main reception door. While we were checking in there was loud drilling from the work going on in the building, not a great start. Our room was on the 6th floor and was a nice room as it was modern and obviously one of the refurbished rooms so we have no complaints about the room. However after we dropped our bags and went out to explore the city we returned to find workmen had been in our room and had not been informed by hotel staff this would happen. Then a member of staff then entered our room while we were still in it, apparently to check if it had been cleaned after the workmen had been in. Turning to the breakfast, this was very good with lots of choice from hot breakfast, continental, cereals, fruit etc. Now for the checkout. We checked out around 10:30 although the official time is 12 so that we could have a last visit into the city, our flight wasn’t until late evening. There is no lounge to relax in if you want to wait for your taxi, not even a chair outside the makeshift reception. Overall I would say the room was ok but in its current state of refurbishment I wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed there for 6 nights in May. The biggest plus point was their staff. Everyone was so professional and went above and beyond to ensure are experience was positive. This location is about 15 minutes' walk from all the Touristy sites. However about 5 minutes' walk is the Underground Train. This location is a perfect mix of quiet stay and easy accessibility. It is also right across the branch of the River Danube. Once you cross that bridge is where you have all the bars and places to eat. There is also a grocery store just a block away! Breakfast was perfect and the lady who manages the breakfast was amazing! The spread was plentiful and fresh. One early morning we had a tour that began at 6.30 am and we requested to use the coffee machine. She not only got us coffee, but she also gave us to-go cups for our second cup! Like all European Hotel Rooms, the rooms were small. However, that is not a deal breaker. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We booked the privilege room and included the robes and slippers with a queen-size bed. The room also had a coffee machine, but we did not use that. The mini bar was included in our stay because of the type of room we booked. The bathroom was a decent size and had all the amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Vienna !
