Guten Tag
leider konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten da der Flug am Abreisetag am Flugplatz storniert wurde. Wir haben sofort das Hotel informiert und die Übernachtung storniert. Trip.com haben wir schriftlich informiert und um Rückerstattung der Buchungskosten für das Hotel gebeten. Das war vor einer Woche, bis heute haben wir noch keine Schriftliche Meldung der Rückerstattung. Wir bekommen nur Mails alle 2Tage das man es bearbeitet. Eine zügige Abwicklung ist das leider nicht. Wir hoffen das sich die Situation an den Flugplätzen wieder normalisiert und wir dann doch wieder mit Trip.com das Hotel in Wien buchen können. Das hängt natürlich auch von der Rückerstattung der Buchungskosten für die nicht genutzte Übernachtung ab.

First impressions Good. Homely feel, some internal noise at times from other guests, no external noise. Breakfast was Awesome!

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is a little dated but the upkeep is good. The breakfast was excellent. Not close to main attractions but not far from it. Beds are comfortable, hotel people are very friendly to deal with.

Temperature control is completely managed by front desk, found out they never turned on room heat when I checked in..also using sauna needs 30 min notice? Several requests to make dinner reservations in advance of stay were ignored by front desk, despite their offering in first place. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms have lovely sheets, pillows, comforters. Short walk to most areas.
