Wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms. Big focus on sustainability and 'thinking green'. Really great breakfast buffet with locally produces food. Very nice and helpful staff. We will certainly stay there again for our next Vienba trip.

睡到半夜兩點被蟲子咬醒，癢得睡不着，一看肩膀上都是包，也不知道是什麼蟲子。換房型後居然衹退70塊一晚，明明差價兩三百，要不是服務員態度還行，我要打零分，大家慎住這家，花錢買罪受型...

Where to spend the end of the year if not in Vienna! Location : around 30min to the airport, good location, quiet place, cozy, nearby underground, supermarkets around. Hotel is eco friendly, what’s very challenging our days. Staff: friendly staff, smiling, helpful, still some need to be trained little bit more, attention on details. We arrived on 31, around 10am where by the phone when i did the booking i was clearly informed, what’s normal, if the room is ready i can check in without any problems. As this was actually happend, with the help of a nice blond girl. It was one more tall girl, probably couse of euphoria of NYE is at few hours distance she was asking 10€ for an early check in. The blond girl what was behind on her computer heard the discussion and told us actually we don’t have to pay because room is already ready. We charge that amount in case they need to send someone to clean and to prepare the room, where wasn’t the case. We chose a room with breakfast included and due early departure on 2nd of January we asked if is possible to prepare us a breakfast to get with us. Spot on they did, but kinda disappointed, a small sandwich and a banana. The real breakfast what we experienced on first day i could say it’s one of the best I’ve tried in an hotel, loads of selection of organic & bio options, and of course since was 1st of January champagne on the house 🥂. After being all day out we decided to have a bottle of wine in the evening at the lobby where after 20min we get it, 2 more tables around us make it little bit late. We asked couple of glasses of water what we never received due girl she was in hurry to finish her shift and forget to inform the next shift. Cleaning: Room, be sure when are glasses around to be well polished otherwise are with marks all over around. Under window curtains near heaters, leaves from outdoor, spider nets, dust on shelves and lack of single use slippers. As smoker i found it little bit awkward seeing people gathering in front of entrance! Not a good welcoming seeing people there when you have a huge interior garden. Entrance as well is little dirty, spider webs on the walls, dust. However hospitality industry it’s a very challenging business and working as a team it’s very critical. Team work make the dream work! However, i will go again any time on this place, attention on decor, you might be surprised of small details. Danke!

This hotel brings sustainable travel to the next level. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable, the breakfast amazing. Wonderful garden and beautifully decorated with second hand objects. Definitely my choice for whenever I travel to Vienna again.

Boutique Stadthalle would be at the upper end price-wise of Vienna's budget market.... barring its cheaper Pension which is along the road from it and I which chose to upgrade from I was extremely pleased with the room I was given.... which was the essence of comfort. Quite a lot has been made of the hotel's eco-credentials.... but really there are many outstanding features within this attractive premises. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Westbanhof/U-Bahn and is situated in an extremely quiet residential neighbourhood which felt very safe. The organic breakfast was absolutely outstanding.... glass bottles of succulent fresh pressed juice, the wonderful Viennese baked goods, barista- style coffee served by waiters. It has a lovely outlook too onto the hotel's lovingly-tended garden. The communal area aside the reception is a magnet for many guests at night and is very pleasant. There are also internet terminals here which some hotels don't seem to favour much any more but this remains a very convenient addition for guests in my view. A slip-up at Amsterdam Airport meant my case did not arrive when I did and reception staff could not have been nicer or more helpful as I waited for the item to be couriered to the hotel. In fact, I thought the approach of staff is one of the key strengths here They were absolutely lovely and I would like to thank them for their kindness during my stay.

We had a great time here! The breakfast was very tasty, and the staff were lovely. The garden was filled with green plants, and was a great place to rest and relax in the hot weather. The room was nice, and the beds were comfy! Thank you to all the staff for the small gift for my Wife's birthday, we loved it, and it made our trip all the more special :) If we're back in Vienna, we know where we'll stay!

I would recommend Boutiquehotel Stadthalle to anyone visiting Vienna. It is conveniently located a short walk from Westbahnhof, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The staff is accommodating to English speakers as well as German. The included breakfast buffet puts to shame what Americans are used to, everything was fresh and the variety was exceptional. Not to go into too much detail, but I suffered from food poisoning my first day in Vienna and the staff were so helpful and kind when I needed some assistance. Considering the location, level of comfort and service, and included breakfast, the price per night was entirely worth it.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it was just as good as when we first visited four years ago. Our room was large and very cosy - even though it was snowing and below freezing outside, our room remained warm. The staff were always extremely personable and helpful and the breakfast selection was great. The decor is fun and cheery without being too over-the-top. If we visit Vienna again (and it is wonderful before Christmas) we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - even though it is outside the centre, the proximity to tram stops means you are in the centre in ten minutes.

Nice hotel room with a private terrasse on the top floor of the Hotel. We witnessed the sunrise and had coffee breaks on terrasse even in October. Breakfast buffet at the Hotel was very good and with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We found the nearby area of the Hotel quiet during night and had no difficulty to sleep well. Good beds- but thin pillows and quilt. Public transportation is recommended to get easily into city center – only 15-20 minutes away. We would choose the same hotel again for a visit to Vienna.
