Location is great next to the Hauptbahnhof.
Room looks nice and clean.
But there is not kettle or tea maker machine.
Soundproof is not so good.

The room is clean and feel extremely comfortable. 3 min walk from station. book early and it’s very cheap. but does not have a water boilers and slippers, otherwise 5/5.

Love this hotel ! is SO NEAR to the train station. We stayed at a serviced apartment before this booking and we find that this Star Inn hotel has BETTER VIEWS, Better Services, and even CHEAPER than the Service Apartment just around the corner by US$25 per night !!! Imagined that you stayed for 2 nights here Saved you US$50, that's good for lunch and dinner. Highly Recommended to stay in this hotel !!!
Except the shower unit and toilet is separated, so is a bit "cold" when taking your shower. Ladies, if you have a scarf, use that as a " shower curtain ". It helps !!! to keep you warm during shower.

Wonderful location less than 5 minutes from Vienna Central station.
Is a tourist hotel, not much of a services, because of the turn over of peoples come and go.
Breakfast is normal and standard. But is convenience for tourist like us.
We wish to comment a wonderful receptionist - Semeh, is so helpful and friendly.

Good location as it’s around 2-3 minute walk from the central train station in Vienna, the staff were a little un friendly however this might of just been down to a culture difference. There is an on-site bar with limited drinks and again the staff were a little rude as if they didn’t want to serve us and even shouted at another guest. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but they did for a short city break. The toilet is separate to shower as with many places however the sink is also separate from the toilet so you can’t wash your hands after using the loo if someone is using the shower. Although we booked a room with 2 twin beds as I was travelling with a family member the shower does not have a door of any kind as is glass so you can see the person you’re travelling with showering if you walked past to go to the toilet. There is a mirror also situated outside the shower room facing into the shower so if you’re sitting on the beds you can see someone in the shower in the mirror reflection so if you’re travelling with friends or family and are not comfortable or close with them I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it’s all open and you will see them showering and getting changed etc as there’s no privacy.

Hotel location is very closed to Vienna central station , come out from station and turn left just for few minutes to reach hotel , overall facilities are OK ,
