4 12 ⭐️? No hot water for 3 days. No maid service. No reception. No bar or restaurant. Where are you people staying? 20 mins from city center walking but near the train (that is the one star). This is FAR from a 4 star hotel. Being a travel agent I wouldn’t send my worst client here!

Vienna regular here, chose this hotel over the Hilton Stadtpark for a pre-biz trip stay and i am glad I did. Excellent yet quite location, close to Innere Stadt, Belvedere, public Transport. Hardware is top notch, spacious and spotless clean, shower and WIFI are strong and bed comfy, Balcony, floor to ceiling windows were a deal breaker to me. Breakfast was far above average with excellent choices. In closing, I'd like to highlight the personal and welcoming service provided by the team on site, the lovely lady looking after me at the front desk is outstandingly charming and professional, I felt like at home. I'll be back!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Schlossparks vom Belvedere. Die Karlskirche und der Hauptbahnhof sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Empfang war freundlich und das einchecken ging flott. Die Zimmer waren groß und hatten einen Blick in den Innenhof. Dadurch ist alles ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles Sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Super Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Parkgarage vorhanden und pro Nacht für 18 Euro zu buchen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Checkin unkompliziert. Auf die 3-G-Regelung wird genau geachtet. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine lange Fensterfront in den Garten. Also ruhige Lage. Dusche, Wc, Wlan, Badewanne, Tv, Fön und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und auch köstlich. Hier war auch eine enorm freundliche Dame beschäftigt. Danke dafür!! Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der U oder Straßenbahn. Theater im Park in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Schloss Belvedere ebenfalls. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!
