Obsługa hotelu bardzo mila. Super ludzie. Odległość od metra 2 km. Brak parkingu. Parking najbliższy ok 1 km. Cena 36 euro. Hotel daje zniżkę i wtedy za dobę jest 28 Euro. My byliśmy tydzień - bardziej się opłacało zapłacić bilet tygodniowy bezpośrednio na parkingu - ok 80 Euro. Tani parking dopiero na obrzeżach ok 3-4 Euro za dobę. Brak klimatyzacji przez to w upalne dni w pokoju b. duszno. Dobrze, że wzięliśmy ze sobą wiatrak. Gdy się otworzyło okno a noc nie była gorąca to było mile chłodniej ale nad ranem jadące samochody i śmieciarki już przed 7 rano budziły skutecznie. Pokój mieliśmy dla 3 osób: dwie osoby miały widny pokój trzecia osoba miała sofę z oknem non stop zasłoniętym bo wychodzącym na klatkę schodową. Zatem całą dobę jedynym światłem było światło sztuczne. Jak na klatce ktoś głośno się zachowywał to wszystko było słychać. Jednakże pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony (lodówka, dwa paliniki, garnki, zmywarka, talerze, sztućce, mikrofalówka). Codzienna wymiana ręczników, wyrzucane śmieci. Wygodne łóźko. Tu zastrzeżeń nie ma. Aby dojść do centrum starego miasta 20-25 minut trzeba było iść. To było dla nas ok. Jak ktoś chce szybciej dojechać bo np nie może chodzić za daleko to zdecydowanie nie dla niego lokalizacja. Generalnie jesteśmy zadowoleni.

The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It was also ideally located for accessing the places we wanted to visit.
During our stay, the Reception staff were extremely helpful and able to provide answers to our various questions. Thank you.

the location is great. Checkin is great. They offer coffee in the lobby and have a nice courtyard in which to enjoy is. It was really hot and we asked for a fan. They said they would bring one, but forgot. We spent a pretty miserable night, but got one the next day.

Lovely, spacious apartment. We stayed here with our 2 teenagers. Main bedroom is big with fitted wardrobe. Living space had 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs and a large tv. Apartment was well equipped. Reception staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a courtyard with seating. Apartment is located in district 8. Which is @15 min walk from the sights. We enjoyed staying here. Note - no safe in apartment. This was not an issue for us but might be for some.

We just returned from a stay in the Levante. As a family of 5, 3 of whom are teenagers the apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and a central location within walking distance to all the main sites. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Levante Rathaus and we look forward to returning in the very near future.

We got different room from what we booked for. We were excited to stay comfort studio suit which has 2 floors. However they over booked and changed our room without asking. When we claimed, they said it’s upgrade and we got bigger room. But for us, the room was maybe bigger but has just 1 floor ordinary room. We chose this apartment because we wanted to stay 2 floors room. We are currently requesting refund.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the balcony as it was only sunny on my last day in Vienna. It seems like a good idea to start the day with a coffee there. The apartment is close to the Viktor Frankl museum, the Rathaus and good cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly and although I didn't need anything I believe they would be very helpful if I had a request.
