Location is perfect and easy to access to major sightseeing spots. Food in the restaurant is also great!

Es hat sich Einiges verändert seit wir vor 8 Jahren da waren. Statt ONYX-BAR gibt es jetzt ein Restaurant. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett ist abgeschafft. Die Zimmer gefallen mir immer noch sehr gut, nur den Wasserfleck an der Decke hätte man mitrenovieren können. Manko war das dazugestellte dritte Bett, eher Modell Feldbett.
Die Verbrauchsartikel wurden immer wieder aufgefüllt, sodass wir jederzeit Kaffee machen konnten. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

My wife and I had a one night stay in this modern hotel with its jaw dropping views. We were happy with our room 609, which seemed rather spacious. We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese fusion restaurant Onyx. The food was okay (& pricey); redeemed by the views. Breakfast in the upper level dining area , again with the views, was special. The hotel has a younger vibe, reflected in the black dress code, & the house/electronic music at the various outlets. Access to the hotel can be an issue, as we were dropped off by the taxi 2 streets away; but the concierge was prompt and energetic . This was in the late afternoon; so best to check with hotel where is the nearest drop off point One comment: the ground floor sense of entry can be better, as it's next to a fast food kebab takeaway. Lastly, the location is perhaps too central, as the Platz is packed and crowded especially on Sundays; and it can be somewhat disorientating You should try staying here at least once

Nice, what else. Its a hotel in the middle of Vienna. Staff strict, but just doing there job. Welcome to Austria! Nice stuff, all should get a big Bonus after Christmas and a double salary for there hard work.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. It is expensive and breakfast was not included. We had a slight issue with our room when we arrived and ended up being moved and upgraded to a room with an amazing view of cathedral and Xmas market. I was very happy and surprised with the quick work to resolve our issue by the staff of the hotel. The upgrade really made our experience that much better.

Wow. Omg. Wonderful. Everything was amazing. Great room. Awesome staff who are so accommodating and they spoke perfect English. Excellent and unbelievable location opposite the most magnificent church. Delicious breakfast too. Yes yes yes!!!! Stay here!!
