Ten hotel jest jednym z najlepszych hoteli, jakie kiedykolwiek widziałem. Moja żona i ja spędziliśmy tam wspaniałe wakacje i wspaniałe wrażenia w hotelu. Bardzo czysto i spokojnie i pyszne śniadania. Proponuję odwiedzić ten hotel na jeden raz i pokocham to

Pretty bad, breakfast is horrible, my room was not cleaned despite me asking for it multiple times (they do not clean rooms automatically). I think this would be acceptable if the hotel was half the price, but with the current pricing this is pretty bad

We stayed in a 4-bed mixed dorm whilst traveling in Vienna. The location is pretty good if you use the metro as it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions. Some staff at the front desk were pleasant and some weren't. We had an issue with not being able to lock our lockers with the standard locker locks we had brought with us traveling. They said our locks were too small and that's why the lock didn't work. I'm not sure why that was the case as they had worked in other hostels we stayed at but the staff gave us a different locker instead which was helpful. The room was small but very clean with a great clean bathroom. There are laundry facilities in the shared communal kitchen which was great. If you can overlook how dirty the communal kitchen is it is a great amenity also and one of the few kitchens we encountered in hostels that has an oven. We knew from the reviews and photos that the room would have 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds pushed together to form a double. We did not mind this much as we just took the bunk beds but it is something to be aware of maybe if you are solo-travelling that you may need to share a bed with a stranger. Overall had a good stay here and would stay here again.

Got in 6am after super long flight delay I was so tired, got a room with 4 beds carried my stuff only to find out someone is in my bed, the two separate beds were joined together and a couple were sleeping there romantically, asked for another room (420) carried my stuff again, I was so tired, went to the bathroom (brush and so on), when I opened the door the smell was the most horrible thing I ever smelled because the toilet was full of things and NOT WORKING AT ALL, NOT EVEN FLUSHING. I was so tired just went to sleep without the ability to use the bathroom/toilet/sink after staying up all night you tend to NEED these things. after waking up I went to change the room again, I wanted the manager to tell her all of these, she wouldn't meet me, just gave her employees her email, I send an email, did not get a reply back since yesterday morning, I WILL NOT RETURN, THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW EVER.

…as this is the only bar open on Sunday at 8pm in the area. They didn’t have many of the items in the drink list. They are missing a huge market opportunity! Korona is no longer a reason NOT TO stack your bar in fully. Gave 2 stars because I liked the interior of the lobby. Seems more of a hostel than hotel to me based on the atmosphere and reviews.

The pillows are the fluffier than I ever thought they could be I highly recommend trying out all the services provided. Everyone is helpful and friendly. You will not regret it. Be prepared do be pampered.

We stayed twice at this hotel. Our first experience was quite positive and we loved the location of the hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. However our second visit was not good. Even we booked the same room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I did not sleep. It was disappointing. We would recommend the hotel if they consider replacing the beds and pillows.

The bed had a very uncomfortable mattress, you could feel the springs in the mattress; I woke up with back and shoulder pain both mornings (stayed 2 nights). The dorm rooms have digital key cards on the door, and one card had to be inserted into a slot in the room by the door in order to have electricity in the room, which is not efficient in a dormitory as people accidentally take your key, thinking it's theirs. The reception staff are unprofessional and not at all helpful, some were downright rude. There was no toilet paper in the room on the 2nd day, I had to ask twice for some to be sent up. They don't accept any cash payments. The elevator was broken. The toilets by the lobby were actually in the basement, and one of the two sinks there was leaking water onto the floor. There were 3 large groups of teenagers (30-40 teenagers per group) staying at the hotel on a school trip, being very loud. Horrible hotel, was very glad to leave.
