"We had the loveliest stay and thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer from our gorgeous and comfortable room, to the pool in the afternoons after our hikes and the delicious restaurant. The staff are all amazing and went out of their way to make us comfortable at ever opportunity. This is a unique home away from home, especially for pet owners traveling with their furry friends - I’ve never stayed anywhere as spotless and lovely while they let us take our dog everywhere with us. We’ll certainly be back on our next trip in the region!"

"Serwis był pięć gwiazdek od początkowego powitalnego pobytu do sprawdzenia. Zakwaterowanie było nowoczesne z szklanymi drzwiami i jakość wyposażenia plus maszynę do kawy, która była miłym dotykiem. Spa była bardzo dobra, chociaż potrzebujesz kapelusz prysznicowy dla basenu i jacuzzi. Śniadanie było doskonałe i nawet oferowały bezglutenowe pasty, które były urocze dotyk. Wreszcie, winorośl i okolicy są wspaniałe."

"We have visited many hotels in Portugal, without a doubt this one is among the best!!! We stayed in the Junior suite, and we were very surprised from start to finish, the attention given at reception with a tour of the facilities up to the room with help with luggage. Regarding the room, it is simply fantastic with luxurious decoration, a huge room, a generous balcony, a large jacuzzi, bathrobes, mini bar, large bed, biscuits and water as a gift. The outdoor pool has fantastic views over the hills, with a poolside bar. Not to mention that the hotel has a swing with a phenomenal view!!! Congratulations to the management for providing us with this experience."

"We booked as it called its self a tranquil retreat . It said “calm quiet and peaceful in the countryside”. Which when we arrived was all of the above . After an hour by the pool ( a few other couples dotted about) Then arrived the small badly behaved children. The hotel is to small to accommodate both type of holiday . You either say a family/ child friendly or you say quiet retreat both cannot work in this small beautiful space . There are only 7 rooms . I CANNOT fault the staff the management, the food or the stunning interiors. But our short trip was ruined by 3 family’s that had no control of their children and no awareness of how much noise they made . The hotel staff politely said they blamed the parents not the children and were so sorry but they could do nothing , which we got . I felt sorry for the lovely staff. Terra Rosa needs to decide whether it is a family kids hotel or a tranquil peaceful retreat. It cannot be both ."
