„This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone”

„Nice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. Unfortunately, the water supply had issues, but the hotel staff promptly helped to arrange us to be able to shower elsewhere. While slightly inconvenient, it made for memorable experience buggy-ing down a main road.”

„地址很偏，附近沒什麼娛樂設施和吃的，衹能宅酒店裡，周邊點外賣也沒什麼外賣可點，進名宿打車也不是很方便，管家服務意識也不怎麼好，回覆信息也不及時，房間內部設施很老舊，次卧房間浴室水龍頭壞了沒有熱水，最最最主要就是泳池，説是水循環的，一股很大的消毒水味道，泡完澡出來衣服一股消毒水味道去不掉，兩千一晚的房間，訂的房型是最差的，跟着小紅書來打卡，早餐也更差，放了很久的感覺，衹能説價格和這環境匹配不上！！！太多的糟糕點了”

„I traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️”

„酒店位置很好，位於福灣小區的別墅區，生活也很方便。很適合自駕的人！小區環境非常好，就像住在公園裡，離海邊非常近，走路也就幾分鐘就可以到海邊，在海邊直接可以看到亞特蘭蒂斯。這個海岸錢和亞特是同一個海岸錢，海水🌊非常好，是小區自己的沙灘🏖️，所以沙灘很乾凈，人也不多，很適合帶孩子或喜歡沙灘的人！ 吃的也比較方便，小區門口就有超市和各種小吃和酒店。房間帶簡單的廚具，也可以自己做飯！ 我入住的房間設施有些陳舊，但衞生還可以，老闆態度很好，遇到事情也積極協商解決！一次不錯的選擇”

„中秋住到心儀別墅民宿，唯一遺憾是衹訂到1晚！ 這次中秋帶家人去海南短途遊，早就看中了這家別墅民宿，原本想訂3晚好好放鬆，無奈它太受歡迎，最後衹搶到1晚，多少有點可惜。不過入住後的體驗，整體還是超出預期的。 入住前有個小驚喜，民宿主動把我們訂的三居免費升級成了四居，空間一下子寬敞不少，一家幾口住起來完全不擁擠。走進別墅，第一感覺就是明亮通透，挑高設計讓客廳顯得特別開闊，沒有壓抑感，搭配的燈具風格精緻，看着很舒服，大人孩子都覺得環境不錯。 空間佈局很實用，四個房間面積都夠用，放完行李箱還有活動空間，三個衞生間的設計特別方便，早上不用排隊洗漱，解決了多人住宿的一**煩。客廳設施也齊全，電視用着很順暢，晚上全家一起看中秋晚會，氛圍特別好。細節上也有考慮到，房間裏備了幾瓶礦泉水，管家那裡也提前準備了雨傘，基本需求都能覆蓋到。 美中不足的是，民宿雖有驅蚊措施，但房間裏還是有蚊子，孩子晚上被咬了好幾個包。不過也能理解，海南氣候温暖，蚊子多是當地難以完全避免的情況，不算大問題。另外，浴巾質感還不錯，摸起來柔軟不粗糙，不用自帶浴巾很方便；房間採光很好，早上起來看着窗外的景色，心情也格外舒暢。 總的來説，這次住宿體驗很滿意，要是能訂到3晚就更完美了。這裏空間夠大、設施夠用，很適合親子家庭，下次如果再來海南，一定還會訂這家民宿！”
