Our dedicated butler, Taozi (Peach), was so thoughtful and really took the stress out of traveling with kids. I've already saved this place for our next trip! It was excellent. A big thank you to Taozi for the room upgrade. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. The beach sand is super fine, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. We didn't have time to check out the indoor playground, which was a shame. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. But we'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend!”

„Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.”

To było Cai Xuemei czy Cai Xuelan? Nie pamiętam. Rzuciłem na to okiem dzień przed wyjazdem. Gdybym miał ocenić pracownice restauracji, tylko ona by mnie oceniła. Ogólnie pobyt był zadowalający. Pokój był duży, a stosunek ceny do jakości był bardzo wysoki. Chociaż obsługa nie była zadowalająca, była ledwie akceptowalna.”

Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well. Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!”
