Next to great food, security for parking included but best of all, it has a smoking patio, a rare find to have a clean, safe place to smoke in CA! Smoking is not allowed inside. Will always come back here when in town.

The noise started at 3:30am and unfortunately our room was overlooking the morning noise area.

The location of the hotel was great and really enjoyed the continental breakfast. But what was not so great was the elevator, it was loud, the door didn't always want to close, and it shook when it was getting to the floor you needed. The other thing was the beds. We used both the king size bed and the pull out bed, but we did not find them comfortable and the little fluff of pillows offered no support.

Everything looks good except my credit card was charged twice, once before checkin and once at check in..when I raised the issue with reception I was told that the first charge was just an authorization, not a sale. Of course I had no way of seeing the difference. Was told that the first charge would drop off after a few days. I guess I don't have any choice but to trust that this would happen. The reception staff were all very nice and even provided me with paperwork in case I'm charged twice, but I'm left to wonder if I would be charged twice for the few days that both charges stay in pending. I think an improvement can be made by just charging the amount once either before check or at check in, to save guests the worry of a double charge and any impending dispute over the charge.

Convenient location. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. A hair on the bed and bathroom wall. No daily cleaning service unless you ask, which I wasn't aware of until it was too late in the day. The check in desk associates should notify the guests when they check in.

If you stay at this Hotel, be careful. With the elevator it won't let you sleep.

The elevator has some structural issues, but overall the property was decent and easy for me to get to the things I needed to.
