"The worst hotel we ever stayed in! Or first room was very small and in the attic; the balcony was straight over the exhaust from the kitchen so we could neither use the balcony or leave the balcony door open. The view was the short side of the next house a few meters way. The mattresses was very poor. After complaining we got a better room for one night and was promise "our best double room" for the rest of our stay. This turned out also to be in the attic and so small that we hardly could walk at the side of the bad. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen and wit a defect shower drapery. I have never seen such a bed hotel room And for this, they wanted €300 per night..... We checked out after only two nights from the five booked, which we never have done before. The breakfast buffet was not replenished. Missing was, among other things: bacon, egg cake, juice, juice glasses, butter, marmalade. From the bread it was only two end-pieces left. The breakfast room was crowded, dark and dirty."

"Miałem najlepszy czas wisiąc w najsłodszym apartamentu. Uwielbiam dekoracje i piętro. To było jak wracanie w czasie. Zobaczysz w muzeum Gotland, że hotel jest częścią historii. Jest pełna kuchnia, która jest świetna. Zwłaszcza posiadanie lodówki i większej zamrażarki. Śniadanie jest podstawowe i podobało mi się. Staff jest bardzo przyjazny i osobisty. WIFI jest śliczny, ale bądź cierpliwy. To wyspa Viking. Nie fan "mokry prysznic" ale to jest coś Szwecji. Większość moich hoteli przez lata mają je. Dziękuję wszystkim, którzy uczynili moje pierwsze 5 dni w Szwecji w tym roku naprawdę wyjątkowe. 💗"

"Bedrom with kitchen and bathroom . Situated a couple of km outside the citywall. The appartement had what was needed. Parking outside was quite expensive but we always found free parking in the side streets.. We had no problem to find the Place but when we arrived we had problems to find somebody who could give us the key. We arrived in the afternoon but the reception was closed for the day. We tried to phone several numbers. After a while we got to talk to somebody in a rental office we beleived managed several places. But they could not help us. After walking around the place we by chance met the cleaning staff who was able to help us. We were there a couple of hours and was lucky to meet somebody who could help. "

"From the customer service on a fantastic level of helpfulness to our arrival it was super. The overall level of the apartments was of the highest standard. It was definitely the best-equipped apartment hotel I have visited. The kitchen had everything you could need. The staff were so helpful from anything to the room to finding something in town."

"Satisfied ☺︎ Especially the morning buffet is my favorite with the Swedish breakfast lineup! !! However, there were some spiders in the room and the footsteps on the upper floor (probably the front desk) were heard before 6 am because it was an underground room, so I think it is a good inn for those who don't care. It is possible to leave your luggage after check-out, but it will be placed in a keyless location at the front desk where the staff is not always there, but the security is not bad until this point."
