The rooms are clean and tidy, the location is remote, and the whole road nearby is difficult to get around. The supermarket downstairs is very convenient. The hotel provides simple kitchen supplies. If you like to cook, you can give it a try

I have been towards many times in my younger days and I always found a little room in the centre of the city at a good price. This time I was going with the family. An entirely different proposition. My partner found this place. She is very good at finding something suitable. I was a little concerned at the distance from the centre of the city. We flew to Orly and got a taxi the hotel. The coach would have been €44 for the four of us. A taxi was €36 ! The hotel is basic. Flash it is not. However, clean, warm, nice bed, good shower, quiet close to the bus route into the city are all accurate comments. This leads me onto the buses and Metro etc. We got 2 days of travel on everything (zones 1 - 3) for the four of us for less than £25 each. Great value. There is an app that can help you get around if you are not c9mfy with maps etc. Hotel does breakfast but we did not partake so I cannot comment but the location was not too far out to allow for a good evening in the city and an easy and quick trip back to a warm comfy bed with a good sleep to look forward to. Views from the hotel leave a lot to be desired. On the plus side you can see where the hotel is because it is next to the big steam emitting chimneys beside the wonky office block ! 🤣

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The last B&B we did smelled of cigarettes... This one...... You have to find it, a good GPS takes care of it The parking lot is too small and arrived late, we park in double line, of course it holds but not ideal We enter the code received by SMS and are in the room Large room, ours is disabled standard very clean and functional nothing to complain about silent, quiet area without major axis against part, nothing around for dinner heating RAS brief a good night In the morning we leave at 5:45 am, so the breakfast was not tested To be redone if you need to sleep in that area And no smell of cigarettes!!!

El hotel queda en la parte sur de París, no tan cerca de la parte turística de la ciudad, pero está cerca de una estación de metro. Inicialmente, estábamos super preocupados por los comentarios de chinches en los cuartos, pero afortunadamente no paso nada de eso, pero se que a unos amigos que iban con nosotros, si tuvieron problemas con los chinches, parece que es algo de suerte. Los cuartos son algo pequeños: una cama, una barra para colgar chaquetas y una pequeña mesa con una silla y lucen algo antiguas las habitaciones. El agua caliente funciona bien. La calefacción no la usamos ya que no hacía tanto frío. Al baño le falta algo de limpieza, tenia mucho moho. El desayuno es buffet y es bastante bueno con diferentes opciones. El servicio del personal también fue muy bueno. Fueron muy amables. Solo un detalle para que tengan cuidado. Un día salimos todo el día y cuando regresamos, la puerta estaba entreabierta. Al parecer, la persona de la limpieza al salir, no cerró bien la puerta. Afortunadamente no se nos perdió nada, pero la verdad nos asustamos mucho.

Stay from December 23 to 27 - apartment 522 & 501 Before my arrival, I had asked to have a rental with a bathtub, request confirmed because all T2 are equipped with a bathtub I was told When taking of my rental, I had a shower! (apartment 522) After expressing my dissatisfaction on Saturday morning and when I had been told at reception that there was no longer an apartment with a bathtub, a person from the reception came to see me and coincidentally , find me an apartment with a bathtub Transfer of business and taking of the new rental (apartment 501), when I want to take a bath, a great moment of solitude! No cork to be able to take it Back to reception to ask for one...and there! another moment of solitude... after promising to bring me one quickly, 1 hour later I was still waiting for this famous cork... After another visit to reception, I was told that it is not possible to have one because the bathtubs were delivered without! In the end, to get myself a bath, I had to plug the tub with a plastic ac to be able to enjoy it!! Unheard of for me! Am I talking about the kids running down the halls screaming like hysterics? The common areas are dirty, the balconies are dirty, the apartments have no curtains, etc... In short! If you want to lose money, this is the place to go! Otherwise stay away from this place...

Very nice hotel close to Paris, on the board of Seine. Excellent service, very clean, and it really makes you feel like travelling far away, while you're still in.Europe/France. Very calm area, perhaps a bit remote, but nice restaurants at about 10 min. walking distance.
