Superb stay for a few days of business..staff were great at looking after the team with all needs. Food was great (if a little limited options), view is lovely across the lake and the rooms were quiet good too - seem to have learned from previous reviews and added a fan. It isn’t the kind of hotel for bellhops so if that’s what you need, head elsewhere but with on site parking, a good breakfast and close to the mountain, it was worth the stay!

The scenery is invincible, the key price is also close to the people, the air is not good for tourists, and it is very comfortable. Very good hotel, winter is definitely not as perfect as summer, but I am already amazing, the pool water is hot, there are small hot springs, steaming ice room is complete, la prairie free trial after bath, breakfast You can order the Michelin plate, and the taste is quite good. I called to eat in the room at night, it was delicious! I also gave wine and helped decorate the room! Will come again if I have a chance

Very nice hotel Cabin style The corridor outside the room is too dark Be careful. The hotel has two buildings, opposite the lake, you can swim. There is a sauna on the ground floor of the hotel, but it seems that there are no men and women, very doubtful. Free coffee tea and hot water are provided on the second floor of the building near the hotel. You can make coffee and go to the lake.

It is quite rare that i would give somewhere the full 5-star/excellent rating but this hotel is amazing. Gosh - what a location. It really could not be more Swiss if it tried. One morning we even caught the ferry up to Luzern from the jetty outside the hotel. Magical. Reading some of the other reviews, i can only say that we found the breakfast spreads absolutely wonderful. Plenty of choice and of an excellent quality. (Even better they waited until you had finished before clearing the table). To me though, it was that everything was just so damn-Swiss (and i mean this in a nice way). Service excellent, everything on time, all the design and detail had been thought out. it was really difficult to find any fault (that said despite having almost every adaptor under the sun we did struggle with the Swiss two pin sockets i.e. could not plug in laptop). Some of us even went for a swim in the lake (and then were more prudent by trying out the sauna). The rooms with a balcony overlooking the lake. I mean what more could you ask for! Stunning. Would highly recommend.

The location is excellent, the selling point of this hotel is the location and scenery, close to the lake, it is not too cool to eat in an outdoor restaurant. Parking is available in less than 10 locations, free of charge. There are fewer types of breakfast but it will also be there, the room is small, the common problem of European hotels

The modern building right next to the Stoos railway is invited, the modern equipment functional and yet 'style'. The attention of the entire staff was provoked by a ”yes, I can mentality”. Check-in is self maintained but was more complicated than thought; the QR code reader had to be 'been' xmal ... I had to enter all personal data again - although I had booked via booking. I had to - if a careful staff had not come to help me immediately! The room was modern - reduced to the max but it was all there it needs. I traveled with a dog and there was a dining room with beautiful tips. On the hall there is a water bar with beautiful caraffs and glasses. In the evening you could take a dessert in the hotel bar with great view to the surroundings. That you can not serve a single malt in the tumbler is a detail : -) the whisky card is small but fine, also with locally produced varieties. The breakfast buffet is huge. There it has something for everyone. Only the coffee was relatively bad - automatic coffee just. A super coffee per day would certainly start the i-top on the 5 points!

Close to the lake, super tossing from Zurich airport, train and bus, it took about 2 hours to put it... a little tired~ I know that I will not be so tossed by boat in Lucerne, and the boat is still comfortable. ~ The room is quite big, but I think the door is not very good, I feel that the lock is easy to open, and I bring the anti-theft artifact. I tried to get to 4 out of 5, but need to be honest. The hotel isnt responsible for the view and the view makes up for a lot of negatives in the hotel. Check in was friendly and quick and we had the key to our room on the 4th floor no more than 5 minutes after we arrived. Parking was a bit of a search because we arrived on a sunday during lunchtime and apparently this is a popular time to have lunch at that hotel. The room we got is on the 4th floor and is a standard room with lakeview. The room is very tiny! Washbasin is in the room and the shower and toilet are separate but really tiny space too! If you are with 2 and you have your luggage then the room is completely filled up and no space to store anything. There is a ventilator, but no airconditioning. But thats OK. we could open the window and the fresh breeze over the lake came into the room. But also the mosquitos! So maybe they can place some mosquito net in front of the window? There is a watercooker in the room, but with a very short powercord, so the only place where we could use it was on the washbasin, but that was not very stable. The bed was not comfy, hard and the pillows are non existent. The wifi was good and fast! Then breakfast. It was a ”buffet”, but it was very limited. Some bread you need to cut yourself, thats OK, but with Covid? And the rest was just some cheeses and meats, some sweet things and thats it. Coffee was from a machine and juice from a tap. It was ok, but not really memorable. We didnt have dinner here because we read some reviews and watched what other guests ordered and compared prices and we decided not to do it. Check out was not really check out, it was just paying the bill and thats it. The desk agent didnt ask how our stay was or wasn't interested at all. So all in all too much things I dont like about a hotel at this price level. The views and location is priceless thats true. But it was like that the hotel is managed without passion. Thats a bit sad.
