Hotel Nimfa

I visited this hotel with my family as a last minute stop in Vlorë, Albania. The hotel is on cliff overlooking the crystal blue waters. The parking situation was very tight and difficult to get in and out of. We went to the reception desk to check in, but there was no one there to help us. We waited for 20 minutes and still no one showed up. We had to go up to the restaurant to ask someone to check us into our 2 rooms we had booked, only to find out that they only had one room available that had 3 beds and a sofa. The room did not have enough towels, we were promised sheets to make the sofa bed which never was provided. However the restaurant was nice, the beach is very nice as well. The hotel was clearly fully booked with families and was a bit noisy. But the beach view and restaurant were really nice.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. The breathtaking views of the beach from my room were truly mesmerizing and made the stay even more special. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful way to start each day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided were a fantastic touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy the sun without any worries. While the elevator could use a bit of improvement, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience. I would definitely give this hotel a 5-star rating for its exceptional service, stunning views, and relaxing beach amenities. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

We stopped for a drink and a snack. The staff was happy to welcome us. We enjoyed the drink with a nice view from the terrace and had a good panna cotta and cheese cake. The ambience at the restaurant show that the hotel was restyled last year.

The view was the only good thing here. They had new rooms but were poorly maintained, and not clean. The restaurant service in the morning was ok but in the evening it was HORRIBLE, they were rude and you had to wait 30 mins for a coffee.

We booked at the restaurant on the fifth floor because we thought it is going to be wonderful as the view, but we ate the worst food in Albania. The food was tasteless and extremly expensive, the portions were very small and the food wasn't fresh, thats why they added chilly pepper. If you ever think to eat there, you will be very dissappointed for sure.

After a sketchy drive to the hotel, we were exhausted and tried to grab something to eat. The restaurant was 50% filled but the waiting time is crazy. Staff looks like it's their first day, overall chaotic and unfriendly. The 4 stars it has, must have been bought online somewhere. Do not except a warm welcome..

It’s one of the best resorts I’ve ever been! Staff was great and very helpful when we needed something for our son (4 year old Aldeo). At times or son is a bit picky so whenever he asked for some kind of food that was not on the menu, they would go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Also the rooms were very clean with clean bedsheets and towels every day. The view from our balcony was like paradise and then the view of the restaurant patio where we had our breakfast, lunches and/or dinners was the paradise on the paradise!!! Seafood was our favourite food at the restaurant and the prices were very reasonable..The blue sea water and the fresh air were amazing!!! Parking was a bit busy but there was a valet guy who would be willing to park your car if you’d need help with parking. Our son loves it so much here, that he asks everyday (when are we going to Vllora to Nimfa again?). I Have traveled and stayed at hotels/resorts all over the world and I this is by far one of the best places to spend your vacation! I’d give all the stars in the world if I could!! Premetto che il mare è molto bello ma la struttura lascia a desiderare. Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto di pulire la camera per 3 volte. ( Questo è il terzo hotel che cambio in 4 giorni per pessime condizioni igieniche e mancanza di servizi). Alla fine ho dovuto pulire da sola. Livello igienico pessimo. Il ristorante ha prezzi allucinanti per una qualità bassissima, è come se avessi mangiato dal cinese pagando cifre pari a un ristorante con stelle michelin (facendo un confronto con i costi della vita locali) Sembra quasi che siano impegnati a farci odiare il posto. Fuori dalla struttura sporcizia ovunque, arroganza e prezzi europei, se non più alti. Scontrini fiscali non esistono, devi insistere per averli. Mai più l'Albania come meta vacanze. Il mare bello lo si trova in tanti posti e si trova anche più rispetto. Ci tengo a sottolineare che frequento l'Albania da molti anni per motivi familiari e quest'anno ho riscontrato un peggioramento. Sono impazziti perchè hanno visto arrivare i turisti. Se posso consigliare scegliete altre mete. Diffidate di quello che dicono nei social. Non è accettabile spendere 40/50€ per mangiare poco e male in una realtà dove gli stipendi medi sono di 300/350€. Inoltre attenzione alle famose stelle degli hotel. Non ci sono enti che controllano, praticamente se le mettono da soli.

Mare stupendo se non fosse per i pochi lettini . Riguardante l’hotel bello esteticamente, il pavimento della camera sporco, pulizia molto scarsa. Camera ampia con vista mozzafiato sul mare . Il bagno piccolo con doccia senza sportellò o tenda per di più pochi asciugamani a disposizione . Colazione accettabile ma in compenso pranzo e cena eccellente e prodotti di qualità, servizio ottimo. Parcheggi accettabili tranne per il parcheggiatore invadente ma utile .
