"We were staying at their sister boutique hotel on the main promenade in Vlorë but came here for dinner every night for a week during the off-season and had the most amazing experience. The staff were at all times super friendly and helpful, and the cuisine was in a league of its own. Whether it was salads or seafood mains, each meal was an absolute delight. I cannot recommend the place enough."

"Not worth spending your money here the ultra all inclusive doesn't mean anything as there is hardly anything to eat all the drinks watered down and rude staff spoke to the management (Uran) who was very rude and didn't want to hear anything i had to say. Most of the time i had to make my drinks myself where they put a small table with some drinks so you serve yourself at the beach bar there was no beers and was told to go back to the pool bar which is across the road and over the bridge to get beers if i wanted DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"This hotel is clean and located directly across from the beach. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, including the hotel’s own attractive beach club directly across the street. Our room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. The parking is challenging but the hotel provides valet parking, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was adequate but not very thoughtfully presented. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the street noise during the night due to the street in front of the hotel. There are many cars driving back and forth on the beach promenade during the night revving their engines until the early hours of the morning, and then traffic picks up again at 6am. If you are looking for a clean hotel that is conveniently located directly across from the beach, this is a good choice, but if you want something peaceful where you can get a good night’s sleep, I recommend looking for something that is set back farther from the main beach promenade road."

"Podróż służbowa. To był dobry wybór hotelu i chętnie bym wrócił — służbowo lub na wakacje. Zameldowanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie i sprawnie, pomimo późnego przyjazdu. Pokój był w porządku. Trochę mały i — częsty problem w hotelach na całym świecie — ciemny, przez co mam na myśli niewystarczające oświetlenie. Kiedy wchodzisz do środka, masz problem ze znalezieniem przełączników światła, a kiedy już to zrobisz, to ledwo warto — oświetlenie wejściowe do pokoju było praktycznie bezużyteczne. Ale pokój był dobrze posprzątany — kilka punktów mogłoby zostać poddanych niewielkiej konserwacji, ale nic poważnego. Lokalizacja jest dobra, a z mojego pokoju miałem wspaniały widok na morze. Wi-Fi — bardzo łatwe do połączenia i bardzo szybkie. Śniadanie — świetne. Żadnych problemów. Nie jadłem w restauracji, więc nie mogę skomentować. Nie mogę również skomentować obiektów fitness poza tym, że basen był pusty z jakiegoś powodu, a bardzo mała ilość sprzętu do ćwiczeń była niesprawna. Cały personel, z którym miałem do czynienia, był przyjazny i wydajny. Podsumowując - nie powiedziałbym, że jest to najwspanialszy hotel, w jakim byłem, ale był całkowicie w porządku i chętnie bym tam wrócił."
