"The front staff is very pleasant. They earned the 2 stars. Our first room had many small bugs crawling all over the night stand. They were happy to move us to a bug free room. The bug free room had urine on the bathroom floor around the toilet. Bugs i can kind of understand, but there’s no excuse for dirty rooms. The chocolate milk in the fridge for breakfast had been expired for over a week. The picture doesn’t show how many bugs were on the move, but it was a lot. We normally look for Fairfield Inns because they have complimentary breakfast. This is our third Fairfield in the last 6 months that has let us down. One of them had no hot water, we traveled many hours to get there just to find that out at check in. No courtesy call ahead to let us know we should book somewhere else. E have 4 more nights at various Fairfields left on this trip, after that, no more Fairfield for us. This review written 9/13/23. "
