Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

local hotel in lembang area, the quality of room are of what expected for its cheap price, which is reasonable. the double bed became three single beds combined. location is good for the nearby crater and tea fields. staff were friendly and were kind to help. is an okay choice for a night’s short stay in lembang!

The hotel very in good conditions in the middle on pandemic. Great social distancing. We've got surprise fr the hotel becouse we are in the honeymoon occasion. Our room fill with decor and we've got doll bear and slice cake. Very surprisingly. Thanks GH Universal Hotel

This hotel has great location and good lighting so that all pictures looks great. For 3 stars hotel, the room is spacious. However, they need to do regular maintenance especially for air conditioning. I switched room because air conditioning is not working. Some guests experience the same. Also, the key card should be maintained as well. Most of room key cards were reset a day after even though we were having 2 nights stay. Also, it would be better to have 2 key cards for each room. Breakfast menu is okay. Need more variations. Great omelette. Regarding ballroom 1, it is good for family party / wedding. The food are overall good. Hopefully by next visit, all those need improvements have been done/fixed.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. This hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip to Bandung and my tastebuds were really entertained by the local cuisines that served on the restaurants during meal time (luncheons and dinners). Checkins by the F.O team were so easy and prompt, the staffs on the HK dept are so responsive and quick for special requests (my roomate asked for an additional slippers since it was found only one at each rooms, we are doing double occupancy so we shared the room together). And it's fascinating how the HK staffs are always smiling when we passed them by even i know they are tired :) Pak Entis, Pak Dadan, Teh Lina, Teh Rini are one of their best squad! The Restaurant team are always helpful, they are so responsive on any clear ups and always spread their smiles when serving us within the dining time. Pak Sofi (The Food and Beverage Manager) and his team really bring the service quality to the next level :) The Chef personally came to me and asked whether the food is ok? I told Pak Memet (The Executive Chef) that the foods are extraordinary delicious! Each and everyday menus are so surprisingly expected, my personal notes on the buffet menus are : Sop Iga, Rawon, Kari, and Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin. And they had also a special live corner for specialty dish like baso and mie kocok, or mie tektek or karedok attended by the friendly magnificent trainees : Salma, Linda, and there is also Ira (Special for Ira, she's initiatively refilling the lovely buffet dishes almost anytime, cool!) Meeting room is spacious and private, we had coffee breaks below our meeting room, it's a semi outdoor pateo where we can smell the breeze of the upper side area of Bandung. Just Lovely! Room are eclectic and spacious, there was a li'l hummingbird entered my room from the window on the dawn, and it surely add a natural feelings of the surroundings. They had a long swimming pool, kids pool, kids activity area, and a proper gym on the 2nd level. Well overall, i love how the hospitality flows on their staff's bloodstreams, Great Job Gumilang Regency Team! Keep up the good work and can't wait to go back there whenever possible!

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.
