"I was very impressed with the upgrades to the rooms. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining area when I went down for breakfast yesterday. The drink machine was not working and the front desk agent was not very friendly. She needs training in Customer service. My phone in my room didn't work so I has to keep going to the front desk for questions and concerns."

"I have an autoimmune disorder and several other disabilities that require different protocols to manage. When they found contaminants in my current residence, Affordable Suites took me in on short notice. They make sure to accommodate me with everything I need and even beyond those requirements. They have been nothing but helpful and kind and my stay here is very enjoyable. I have been here for two weeks and I'm going to be staying several more weeks until my residence is fixed up. I can only recommend staying here. If you have special needs, I would recommend calling in beforehand because they go above and beyond to accommodate you if you give them notice. The rooms are like little apartments you have everything here that you need. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help."
