Worcester City Centre

El hotel genial, ubicación perfecta, desayuno muy bueno. Muy limpio, camas comodos y personal muy atento.

The major inconvenience when we stayed last week was the unreliability of their wifi. It became so annoying = dropping out / just not being able to connect at all, that we just gave up in the end. To complain you had to call the supplier as Whitbread = Premier Inns claimed no responsibility, which is lazy management. Apart from this, the location is spot on, the room was clean and quiet.

When we were parking we noticed that the exterior of the building needed a clean and our whole experience was of a slightly tired, understaffed hotel. There was a queue to check in and that was the only time we saw a staff member in reception. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak and kept dropping out completely. Our room had air conditioning but at times it was so noisy we wondered if it was about to fail completely. Breakfast was okay but considering the emphasis that the breakfast offering is “unlimited “, everything seemed set up to discourage people from taking too much food. On the plus side, bed was comfy and hotel is in a great location.

Very good location and well within walking distance to Worcester City Centre. I booked a Premier Plus room which was well worth any additional cost. Great view overlooking the Worcester Cricket Ground. Room well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. Well sound proofed. Thyme restaurant on site very good for dinner. The car park is Council owned so need to purchase car parking ticket. I would definitelt stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean throughout and the quality of service from staff was outstanding. Good parking adjacent to the hotel at very reasonable price( £10 for 24 hours). Would highly recommend this Premier Inn to anybody considering a stay in Worcester.

Didn't stay at hotel but went there for breakfast. Wish we hadn't bothered. Coffee was cold and and all hot breakfast items were cold. Mushrooms were completely dehydrated for being under the heat lamp. Sooooo disappointed. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Normally like Premier Inns but this site the wifi was almost unusable, kept dropping in and out all the time

As a premier inn should be. Spacious room with a comfy bed and a great shower. Nothing more you could need. The restaurant food quality was also very good at breakfast and evening meal.

I had a lovely stay at the Worcester Premier Inn. I chose to have the meal deal (evening meal & breakfast) the food was very good. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.
