"The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others."

"Nie mielismy problemu w znalezieniu go! Idź mijać 5 facetów, skręcić w lewo w Starbucks i w górę na windę i skręcić w prawo i tam jesteś! recepcjonistka pozwoli nam przechowywać naszą torbę podróży w biurze i powiedział nam przyjść bk o 15:00, to jest to co zrobiliśmy! Wydano klucz, który pracował różne drzwi dla bezpieczeństwa. Pokój był czysty i wykonany, podstawowe, ale już miał okna i wentylator na chłodzenie pokoju. Szafki były podstawowe, ale tylko 2 dni nie było drzwi na nich. Dobrej wielkości telewizor. Herbata i kawa z mlekiem, cukrem lub słodyczami. Ręczniki były urocze i białe i fluffy, łóżko było td wysokie i solidne. Potrzebne dodatkowe poduszki, które znajdowały się na górze szafy, quilt został przechowywany w dnie szafy. Mieliśmy prysznic z loo & zlew, śmieszny zapach w prysznicu, ale gdy woda przebiegła przez zapach. Więc wydawało się, że woda stagnująca, to naprawdę nie był problem. Płaciliśmy za śniadanie i było obfite. Toster obracany, z białym i brązowym chlebem, jagodowy, masło orzechowe, marmalade, Rice Krispies, płatki kukurydzy, pops kakao, krewetki orzechowe i mokre, świeże owoce, jogurty. Maszyna z różnymi kawami, gorącym chokiem, herbatniki po boku i kubki & gabinet. Pani, która była odpowiedzialna za kuchnię & góry podeszły była urocza bardzo chatty i szczęśliwa, urocza, aby rozmawiać również i miał zły śmiech!! Jedyną krytyką było jeden wybór jaj, które chcielibyśmy, aby frytki były na menu! Wieczorne posiłki były ograniczone, ale dzieci jadły za £1. Nie mieliśmy wieczornych posiłków Nasza ostatnia noc nie mogliśmy się usiąść, jak ktoś na 3 piętrze bang o dobrze brzmi jak skoczenie z łóżka o 2 rano! Nikt nie był na recepcji przez całą noc, ale miał numer telefonu, który mógłby zadzwonić, jeśli trzeba, byliśmy w szoku. Główne drzwi były zamknięte o 10:00, ale musiałem zadzwonić do numeru, ale jest jeszcze jeden wejście do Gimnazjum, że można wejść z kluczową kartą poprzez przewijanie."

"There are 5 quaint rooms situated above Feds cafe with their own private access and parking at the rear. Each room is thoughtfully designed to an extremely high standard. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. They are advertised as boutique rooms, which they certainly are. We had hired the cafe for a function and all 5 rooms for some family attendees. Cafe and function food was also outstanding. All of the staff were most helpful from first enquiry, right through event and until we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble. I can certainly highly recommend the hire of the cafe for a function and the rooms above for any stay in Worcester. My experience was superb. Massive thank you to Annika, Nicky and all the staff. Well done and we wish you continued success."

"The hotel is nicely located, within walking distance of the Cathedral. There are also numerous shops nearby for your basic needs and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve had anywhere. The pub is definitely a highlight for drinks and gatherings. However, the amenities are old. The door handles and locks don't seem to be secure. The toilet has good running cold and hot water, but they are just too old. But for its size, location and price, it’s still worth it! Just thought of it as staying in an antique house with a lot of history!"

"Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :) "
