I booked rooms for European visitors on a business trip. They liked it a lot. Would book it again.

My arrival at Wuhan was delayed, so, only simple stay this time. The location is very good (2 minutes from a metro station), and the stuffs are very kind. Five star hotel.

Hotel looks new, room is clean, hardware is quite good, location is good,close to the walking street. One side is lake view. Breakfast is ok. But system should be improved, the staff called our rooms to ask us pay the room advance in mid-night ( we paid during check-in), one of my colleague had to wear the nightgown went down to the cashier, but the staff( a male manager and a female staff) said called wrong persons ( should be 5 Chinese persons ). The next day,our collegue was sick heavily and had to flyed back Bangkok. It gave us a bad image and experience to our business trip in China. Cashier staff should clear everything during check-in, and should not disturb guest in the night. It is basic standard. Hotel should improve.

This was my perfect trip. My daughter wanted a luxury hotel experience as her birthday gift and Wanda Realm made it happen without the high cost😃. The price was right, the atmosphere was superb and the service made me feel like a special guest. The room was luxurious and clean and they seemed to have considered everything in the design of the place. Separate areas for toilet, shower and face basin, telephone in the bathroom for emergency, a retractable clothesline in the bathroom, and conveniently placed shower gels, shampoos and lotions. The food at Zhen restaurant was delectable. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced too. Eg 128 for buffet lunch. There were snacks, drinks and wine/liquor in the room that had price tags on them, so I didn't eat much because I thought they'd charge it to my room, but upon checking out, I enquired and they said there were no extra charges for that. The swimming pool was lovely and the sauna and steam rooms made it worth visiting the health club. I'll definitely go back! Oh, how could I forget the cooking class the chef gave to the kids at lunch time! We took home cookies baked by them 😃

The hotel is at a very convenient location. It is close to 2 railway stations and close to some restaurants + bars. The service at the hotel was good and the staff pretty friendly. Some of them can speak English and are very helpful. There are western options for breakfast but I found that they were quite limited. I’d stay here again though.
