"This is a pretty good hotel. I received a call from them around noon, asking about my arrival time. I requested a room facing Hankou Railway Station for a better view, and they arranged it accordingly and noted my preference. During my stay, I could contact the front desk anytime for any needs, which was very convenient. The facilities and amenities are also quite complete, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. Takeout orders are delivered directly to the room by a robot after verifying the room number. Check-in and check-out procedures were also quite fast. All in all, very good."

Śniadanie było okropne, a obsługa w ogóle nie działała. Nie wiem, dlaczego żądają tak wysokich cen. Pokój hotelowy wyglądał ładnie, ale unosił się w nim silny zapach. Po jednej nocy obudziłam się z bólem gardła. A w dniu mojego pobytu usłyszałam 👮 pod drzwiami. Usłyszałam go, kiedy przechodziłam obok, i okazało się, że to gość dzwonił na policję. Zupełnie nie rozumiem wysokich ocen tego hotelu. Jest drogi i wszystko w nim jest gorsze od Grand Mercure. Wciąż chcę powiedzieć hotelowi: Jeśli chcecie zarabiać więcej, skupcie się na jakości i obsłudze klienta! Nikt nie jest przegrany."
