You’ll never believe how amazing the place is . Very modern ,international standards. The neighborhood around is very nice .enjoyed every minute of my stay. Never wanted to leave in the morning 😂😂but i had meetings to attend to . Very reliable reception in times of need .The most amazing fact is that the accept a stay in for even foreigners which is a very hard thing to come by for most hotels in china👍👌. Coastal City Atour Hotel is located in the coastal city area of an urban complex on the shore of Taihu Lake in the south of Wuxi. This hotel is great value for money! The location is very good, very close to the subway entrance. There is everything to eat, drink and have fun around. The front desk service was very enthusiastic when we checked in. They greeted us warmly when they saw us. Surprisingly, we were given welcome fruit in the room and the room was upgraded for free. It was great. Great, when you are sitting in the lobby waiting for the bus, the front desk will take the initiative to pour tea! The service is no worse than five-star! It’s really considerate! The hotel has a free self-service laundry room with laundry detergent and everything. It is very convenient. Parking is also free. When checking in, the front desk will remind you to register for free parking at the front desk when you drive out. You will not waste money. When we check out, the front desk will also ask about check-in. Experience, I got a souvenir, the experience was great, I will stay here again if I have the chance!

The room was booked late and did not book a parent-child room. The front desk offered to have a double bed, and added a layer on it. When I slept, I didn’t feel a gap in the middle. The sink had hot water very quickly, but the hot water temperature of the shower was relatively warm (I prefer hot water) . There are pot games in the hotel, as well as buffet breakfast (additional charge), we are self-driving, free parking, but before going out, we have to report the mobile phone number with the front desk, in general, the experience is still very good.

非常愉快的入住體驗，從下車開始，就有小夥子幫忙開車門。酒店大堂非常的氣派，這次帶了老人小孩一起出行，辦理入住的時候就有經理上來詢問行程，非常的熱心，知道我們是來玩的，特地送了無錫的地圖，為了照顧老人，糜經理給我們安排了靠近電梯的房間，還特意給小孩送了洗漱用品，前台戴眼鏡的小菲還給小朋友送了小禮物，很驚喜，小朋友非常喜歡。整個入住體驗非常的棒。安排的房間雖然靠近電梯，但是景觀非常的優美。經理一路都幫我們拉着行李，介紹周邊設施。前麪的公園非常的大，老人早起，去散步，呼吸新鮮空氣對身體也好，過個馬路就是個小古鎮，古色古香的很有江南水鄉的感覺。玩了一天，小孩夜裡有點小感冒，衹是跟前台提了一下有沒有溫度計，糜經理就第一時間回撥電話，關心詢問，讓阿姨送來了溫度計和冰塊。真的是中國速度。大晚上的這麼麻煩人家，非常的不好意思。這次的酒店體驗讓我感覺到了非常的溫馨。不管是酒店，還是酒店的工作人員。熱情，服務態度也好。下次一定還會再來！

My room is close to the side of the community, and the night view is okay. I can make a pot of tea in the afternoon and bask in the sun with my back against it. The sun is warm in winter, so comfortable. The most important thing for a business trip is good hygiene and comfortable bathing. This hotel met my expectations exactly. The shower has sufficient water pressure and the water temperature is suitable. The shampoo has also been upgraded to a large bottle, and the texture is good after washing. What I want to praise is that the hygiene of the bathroom and the floor of the room is very good, and the bed is also very big, which is more than enough for two people to sleep. I checked this hotel and it has been open for several years, but their facilities, equipment and metal are all well maintained and shiny. The breakfast is on the fourth floor of the hotel. I asked my aunt to order a bowl of fine noodles. Besides the taste, there are also fruits, yogurt, bread, steamed buns and some stir-fried vegetables. The simple version of Chinese and Western buffet is already very good at this price Bravo. The policy here in Wuxi requires nucleic acid testing every day. A male manager of the hotel even took us to a nearby nucleic acid point to do nucleic acid testing. I stayed here for one night on a business trip. I will choose this place next time I come to Wuxi. It is quiet, convenient, hygienic and clean, with good service and high cost performance.

The room was okay, although not as good as in the photos and slightly dated, but overall it was passable. The location is good, close to the subway station and just across the road to Jingui Park. However, the hotel lacks check-in guidance. Because it is a serviced apartment, there is no front desk. I don't know how to check in. I called the customer service and found out that I have to go to the supermarket on the first floor to get the elevator card. It is recommended to add check-in instructions.
