Highly recommended treasure hotel. Checking in late at night in the scorching heat, the front desk service staff is friendly and has a strong sense of service, and actively coordinates with other departments to deliver ice cubes to the room. Later, I contacted the front desk to send some baby supplies, which was also very fast. The next day, when I met the cleaning staff in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello, and it was not the kind of emotionless routine, which made people feel very comfortable. The room layout and facilities are very good and impressive, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The only regret is that the water in the shower is a bit small, which may not be enjoyable for those who like a strong water flow. I got up in the morning and walked around the hotel. It is on the edge of Taihu Lake. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. There is also a place to raise peacocks outside the restaurant on the first floor. The little friends like it very much. The master who feeds them is also very nice and explains patiently. The breakfast is very rich, 5-star praise. In general, the stay experience exceeded expectations, and it is worthy of being the first choice hotel in Wuxi. However, we checked in on an off-peak Thursday night. After an initial hiccup with the first hotel booking, Trip.com customer service helped me to find another hotel close to the first one. Marriott Hotel Wuxi Luneng was that one. And it really helped to recover what had been a not too good start to my weekend in Wuxi. I stayed in a Premier Lakeside King-size room. As the name suggests it has a balcony giving a great view of the Yuantouzhu scenic park and Lake Taihu. The room itself is best described by photos and I will save me typing too much. I had the breakfast which has a lot of choice and if you have time you can relax in there for a while and make it a brunch. There is a 7x24 gym on the B1 level, a swimming pool and sauna too. All in all I recommend this as a good hotel to stay for a long weekend to see Yuantouzhu scenic park (only a five minute taxi drive away) and other areas of Wuxi.

The boiled eggs are very fresh and the red soup noodles are freshly cooked. Service: The front desk treats guests politely and highly praises the unknown WeChat service staff. We started contacting them ten days before booking and sent out guides the day before. I only stayed in Yuantouzhu for a half day and basically asked WeChat customer service about everything, no matter the time. , answer all questions, help with everything, and answer patiently, thank you very much! The picture shows that it is very close to the pier and is very convenient. The sight of seagulls is also a credit to the customer service staff who patiently answered questions.

I came from Beijing to come to Wuxi with a friend on a business trip. I didn’t expect the hotel’s business to be so good. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 9:00 in the afternoon. Good location with balconies overlooking the lake and easy access to the lakefront area, as well as nearby parks and mountain day walks. There is a downstairs area with a large pool table and similar entertainments. On the downside, we didn't find any shops nearby (walking distance) except for small convenience stores with limited supplies. The hotel restuarant wasn't open when we went looking and our room had clearly been used by a smoker (even though we booked a non-smoking room).
