The price of the Golden Week on May 1st is really scary. The homestay in the picture could not be accommodated by accident. I arranged this five-star hotel. It is called a resort hotel. Except for the manager, none of the service staff has the service spirit of a basic resort hotel. For example, the service staff in the breakfast shop answered questions perfunctorily. The food customers were in their way, and they didn't mean to give way at all. Instead, they felt that the customers were blocking them. The floor in the room was pitted and dusty in the corners, not to mention the windowsill. Surrounded by unfinished buildings, the hotel has no environment to speak of. The glass roof on the ground floor next to the breakfast restaurant is also all grey. I just want to say that if it is called a resort hotel and a five-star hotel, you have to look at the details. Otherwise, please take off your hat, so as not to misunderstand.

酒店的環境挺好的，房間也很大，對硬件設施非常滿意。當天淡季入住的人少，也給升了房。 但是服務感覺不好，七點鐘開早餐，七點十分去的時候早餐還沒做好，放熱菜的鍋都是空的，好不容易到了七點半基本上全了，一共兩條清蒸魚，負責早餐的大姨自己用不銹鋼盆夾走了一大半，就剩幾塊肉和頭尾，剩下的菜我們還沒開始夾，他先夾走了，住了兩天都是這樣。吃過早飯之後，對於早餐時間飯還沒做好的問題也跟前台反映了，前台什麼也沒説。 第二天的時候，浴室下水道堵了，水漫到衞生間的地面，打電話到前台，來收拾的阿姨衹是解決下水道堵的問題，完全沒管地下的水，我們又把他叫回來，他説衹有濕拖布，最後用我們屋的浴巾把地下擦了。 總體來説完全不像一個五星大酒店應有的服務，就像一個家庭小作坊一樣，管理不行。

The rooms are clean and elegant in design, making it a good choice for travel and vacation. From Wuyishan North Station to here 18 kilometers, 45 yuan taxi. Take Bus No. 9 and get off at Ziyang Ancient City, 3 yuan. To the north gate of Wuyi Mountain Scenic Spot, take a bus for 4 stops for 1 yuan. A taxi is 7 yuan (young people can walk there). Very convenient. Hotel manager Zhang saw that we were old comrades from Beijing and upgraded our room. Xiaozhu at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the cleaning staff are also serious and responsible. Today the hotel owner came to inspect and told us that if old comrades or guests in need, the hotel can send someone to pick them up.
