„我是希爾頓酒店會員，經常入住希爾頓旗下酒店，我就發現希爾頓歡朋酒店的中央空調，不能人性化調温，都是統一調控，比如現在是冬季，室內温度最多衹能達到22度，對於年紀較大的人來説，就覺得比較涼。這是好幾家酒店都有這樣的問題。 我住的希爾頓惠庭的空調就很好！希望借鑒一下！ 再有就是中央空調會傳送其他地方的空氣，如其他屋內有吸煙的情況也會傳到其他房間。現在在北京等許多城市都禁止屋內吸煙，但是到了地方，還允許室內吸煙，那就希望在滿足吸煙者的同時，也能滿足非吸煙者對煙味的反感的需求！ 早餐很好，品種多，很滿意”

„Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.”

„衞生：打掃的不錯，挺乾淨 環境：優勢是離火車站很近，適合要趕火車或者下車先放下行李休息下的旅客。但是中午的叫賣聲，早上的車輛聲音對於睡眠不太友好 服務：前台挺熱情 設施：裝修是有一定年限的豪華，但是有三點扣分項，一是電梯感覺不穩，啟停有墜落感，樓層又不高，這種情況就不合適了；窗户位置太低，而且不太好關，費了好大勁才關上；最煩的是一通電自動啟動電視，而且還不好關，得兩個遙控器都關了才能關上，現在看電視的很少了，希望這點改進一下！”

„The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout. The facilities were new and comprehensive. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. „We had a load of laundry to do but time was short for us. One of the hotel crew FangFang, willingly helped us washed and dry our laundry and put it back in our room, dropping us a handwritten note. It was a very nice gesture from her and she didn't want anything in return. We felt touched by her actions and just wanted to give a shout out to her good service.
