good location，nearby USA embassy。 2mins walk to marketplace (with super market)

Very comfortable room with a picturesque view of Inya Lake. We used the outdoor pool and the male-only spa: sauna & steam room. We'd particularly like to mention Kyaw Thura Htun who is housekeeping in the public area for being so friendly and welcoming with a lovely smile.

Overall - great experience.
Didn't give 5/5 because the lake next to the Hotel had a foul smell. Can't entirely blame the Hotel for that, but yeah would have given 5/5 if there air was clean and fresh.

5 stars hotel with great services and amenities. Its very clean and staffs are very accommodating. The gym is huge with alot of machines. The morning buffet selection is big but dinner buffet is even bigger. Highly recommend!
