"The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I checked in with Yuke, who was very nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean, and the view was amazing. I went to breakfast quite late and was worried that there would not be much food left. However, I was happy to see that the food was still being refilled, even when breakfast was almost over. The restaurant staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I would also like to thank the concierge staff for always smiling and greeting me whenever I entered or left the hotel. They made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Yangon!"

"Overall, the hotel's location is quite good. I personally don't like overly noisy places, and this area is relatively quiet, making it comfortable for rest. There's a great Western restaurant directly across the street, and many other dining options nearby, which makes daily life and getting around quite convenient. The hotel service is generally decent, and they even have washing machines and dryers, so the facilities are quite practical. However, the room hygiene really needs improvement. The ventilation in the room is poor, the bedsheets weren't clean enough, and the bath towels were old and noticeably yellowed. During my stay, I developed several breakouts on my chest, which cleared up after I returned home, so my experience with the room's cleanliness was not good. If the hotel could improve issues like bedding, towels, room cleaning, and ventilation in the future, I believe the overall stay experience would be much better. The location and service are actually good; the biggest drawback is the hygiene, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously."

"The staff are excellent and helpful, but note that the driveway for cars is extremely small and located near a busy road, so it can be hard to get taxis. There is a shopping mall nearby, Kan Thar Yar Centre, that is convenient. Facilities are abit aging, as can be seen from the dimly lit business centres and cracked tiles in the lift lobby. Breakfast is passable but not fantastic. View is nice, especially the rooftop restaurant/bar. Toilet is good and aircon in the room is fine. Would point out that the plugs are a bit lacking, only the one beside the bed lamp is accessible. Can't really access the one from the desk or TV area. Some plaster stains on the wall in the room make it seem a bit rough."
