We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in total and we found it a great gateway from the others spots in the area which are way too touristy. Giggling tree might not have the best views from to room but you would be certainly satisfied with the cost and friendly atmosphere of the whole place. Me and my friends found it very relaxing and would recommend it again to anyone who wants to stay in Yangshuo.

The hotel was located in an ideal place to visit many of the tourist locations. The room was fine for my purpose and the shower was great. - a large walk in shower.
It was a real bonus to have a swimming pool on the site and all the staff were very friendly

It’s hard to describe how amazing our stay at the giggling tree was. The staff is the best and very helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the restaurant serves good food. A must stay when you are planning to visit the area!
Alice, curry and all the others: thank you so much for everything! We can’t wait to visit you again.

Absolutely loved Yangshuo and mainly because of people and how small and convenient the place is! Definitely will be back ❤️
Rooms are great, food and coffee are nice!

I liked the hotel building and the interior so much that I regretted making a reservation only for one night.
When I stayed there, I understood why Westerners prefer this hotel.
All the staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the menu was diverse.
If I ever come back to Yangsu-oh, I would definitely like to stay.
And personally, I would like to thank Alice (?) who was a fluent English employee who helped me give first aid when my husband fell and got injured.
