„✅ Bardzo piękny i przestronny pokój ze spektakularnym widokiem na góry. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Niedaleko hotelu znajduje się restauracja zachodnia, rafting bambusowy itp. Pokój był czysty i pachniał dobrze. ALE
⛔️ 1) zameldowanie zostało przełożone. Przyjechaliśmy o 14:00, zmęczeni i głodni, ale musieliśmy czekać kolejne 30 minut
2) w ogóle nie było zachodniego jedzenia. Śniadanie było bardzo słabe i niesmaczne: jajko, makaron w stylu chińskim i chińska zupa ryżowa.
3) obsługa nie była przyjazna od samego początku, traktując cię z góry, ale cię ośmieszała. Kobieta z recepcji obiecała, że zawiezie nas do atrakcji dokładnie o tej samej porze, a kiedy przyjechaliśmy, powiedzieli, że tego nie zrobią. I następnego dnia to samo się powtórzyło, kiedy poprosiliśmy o zawiezienie nas do miasta.
Straciliśmy więc dużo czasu
Tylko dziewczyna, która serwowała śniadanie, była tam miła.”

Właśnie spędziłem w tym hotelu dwie noce i ogólne wrażenia były absolutnie idealne! W hotelu panowała cisza i komfort, obsługa była uważna i troskliwa, a każdy członek personelu był profesjonalny i uprzejmy, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się doceniani od momentu zameldowania.
Szczególne podziękowania dla pracownicy o imieniu Yezi! Była niesamowicie pomocna. Od momentu zameldowania proaktywnie rozumiała nasze potrzeby, niezależnie od tego, czy polecała pobliskie restauracje, wprowadzała drobne zmiany w pokojach, czy też spełniała nieoczekiwane prośby – zawsze była bardzo uważna i szybka. Zawsze miała uśmiech na twarzy, a jej przyjazne i profesjonalne podejście sprawiło, że cały nasz pobyt był łatwy i przyjemny, niczym troskliwa przyjaciółka, która się nami opiekowała. Dzięki Yezi nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo udany i niezapomniany; naprawdę zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę!
Ponadto, ogólna obsługa hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje były czyste i schludne, dobrze wyposażone, śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór, a recepcja była bardzo sprawna podczas wymeldowania. Wielkie podziękowania dla całego zespołu za ciężką pracę, dzięki której mamy tak wspaniałe wspomnienia!

„Zatrzymałem się w ośrodku wypoczynkowym w Yangshuo, któremu nie można się oprzeć.
Po wejściu do pokoju naszym oczom ukazuje się panoramiczne okno o kącie widzenia 270 stopni, sięgające od podłogi do sufitu. Powierzchnia lokalu wynosi ponad 70 metrów kwadratowych. Bardzo miło jest robić zdjęcia siedząc na krześle przy oknie. Po zabawie na świeżym powietrzu możesz także wziąć kąpiel w dużej wannie.
Jeśli chodzi o obsługę, to restauracja ta również jest bardzo dobra. W obiekcie serwowane jest śniadanie, a na pierwszym piętrze można również zamówić kolację. Przed godziną 21.00 na West Street będzie czekać na Ciebie specjalny samochód.
W hotelu znajduje się basen typu infinity oraz łodzie wiosłowe, które świetnie nadają się zarówno do zabawy, jak i do filmowania.
Adres jest również dogodny, znajduje się w pobliżu nabrzeża Jima Wharf nad rzeką Yulong, bardzo blisko najsłynniejszej rzeki Yulong i ulicy West Street w Yangshuo.”

No. 7 of Instagrammable Hotels in Guangxi„We had a great stay at TUI Blue Xiangheli Hotel in Yangshuo and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a modern, design-forward hotel experience in the area. The rooms were a standout—extremely clean, thoughtfully designed, and very modern with a high-end feel. Everything felt new and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away.
Service was equally strong. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. There was a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the quality, presentation, and variety were all impressive. It felt well-curated rather than generic, which you don’t always get with hotel buffets.
One of the most unique aspects of the property is its amenities. The hotel offers a range of experiences you don’t typically see—spaces for calligraphy, a rock climbing area, and even an on-site cave to explore. It adds a layer of character that makes the stay more memorable.
Design-wise, the hotel is beautifully executed. There’s a clear attention to detail across every floor, and the overall aesthetic feels intentional and cohesive. The pool and rooftop garden were highlights. Both offer incredible views overlooking Romance Park, including the iconic three-headed statue and the surrounding karst mountains, which are especially striking when lit up at night.
That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. Because the hotel is directly across from Romance Park, there is noticeable noise from the park’s performances in the early evening (roughly 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Additionally, there is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the hotel. While it didn’t take away from the overall experience, it may be a consideration for anyone specifically seeking a very quiet, retreat-style stay.
Overall, this is a beautifully designed, amenity-rich hotel with strong service and standout views—just go in knowing it’s in a lively area rather than a secluded one.”

Lokalizacja jest idealna, tuż przy głównej ulicy, 1 min spacerem do promu, który zabierze Cię na drugą stronę, gdzie znajdziesz buggy, które zabiorą Cię na szczyt góry Xianggongshan i 15 min spacerem do tratw bambusowych, gdzie znajduje się prawdziwy krajobraz banknotu 20 CNY.
Pracownicy hotelu nie mówią po angielsku, ale dokładają wszelkich starań, aby Ci pomóc, korzystając z tłumacza. Szefowa/menedżer jednak mówi doskonale po angielsku. Jeśli masz WeChat, zostaniesz dodany do czatu, w którym możesz z nią porozmawiać i zapytać o wszystko, co chcesz. Pomoże Ci również w rezerwacji biletów, których potrzebujesz. W ciągu kilku minut zorganizowali bilety zarówno na tratwę bambusową (która w Yangshuo była prawie niemożliwa do zdobycia, jeśli nie ustawiłeś się w kolejce o 6 rano...), jak i na helikopter (bardzo polecam!). Byliśmy więc naprawdę pod wrażeniem tego, jak nam pomogli, ponieważ mieliśmy pomysł, co zrobić, ale wyraźnie potrzebowaliśmy tej sprawności i lokalnych kontaktów, aby zrobić to płynnie. Pokój był bardzo przestronny i miał wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia (nie mieli żelazka w pokoju, ale zajęło im 2 minuty, żeby je przynieść do naszego pokoju, kiedy poprosiliśmy :)). Mieliśmy wspaniały widok na 4. piętrze (również bardzo polecany, ponieważ ulica jest bardzo blisko, a wysokie piętro może zapewnić dodatkową prywatność. Pokoje wyraźnie podają piętro, kiedy je rezerwujesz, więc skorzystaj z okazji!). Jest trochę miejsca na poprawę w lobby, ale przekazaliśmy naszą opinię i wydawali się bardzo chętni do poprawy, więc naprawdę wierzymy, że może być tylko lepiej. Nie powiedziano nam o opcjach śniadaniowych ani nie widzieliśmy żadnych udogodnień, aby je podać, ale jako wyjątek kupiliśmy kilka rzeczy w mini markecie tuż przy wejściu do hotelu, co było bardzo wygodne. Wymeldowanie było stosunkowo elastyczne i dostaliśmy dodatkową godzinę, co było dla nas błogosławieństwem po spoconej wędrówce po górze Xianggongshan. Podsumowując, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu!”
