Four Seasons Yunqi Resort (Yangshuo Yulonghe Eternal Love Branch)

We felt pampered and well cared for. The a**osphere was peaceful and the decor was serene. It was easy to access DiD or use the hotel shuttle to any location. We especially enjoyed the evening snack each night before bed. Truly healthy and delicious.

The closet light in the bedroom kept turning on and off; maybe the light sensor wasn’t working properly. it was quite annoying having to listen and see the lights turn on and off every few minutes while trying to sleep. The breakfast choice was very limited, not much choice to choose from. The hotel location and view from our terrace was wonderful. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was nice and really helpful. Breakfast with a nice view. Close enough to the city but still surrounded by nature and peace. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and we had the most spectacular view. The staff were very helpful, helping us to organise and book tickets for different attractions. The pool was fantastic too.

A very stylish and modern hotel, love the design. Located in a quiet area but with bicycle you can get around and they offer driver service with no extra charge. The service is excellent, very friendly team, super caring and helpful. Rooms are clean as are the rest of the facilities. Had a very pleasant stay

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! The room was beautiful, and super clean (I am very picky about hygiene and cleanliness but this hotel was perfect in this sense) and service was good, location was also nice since it was so tranquil and the surrounding was quiet.Even there is a comfortable car arranged by hotel! One of the best was the professional photo session offered by the hotel, you can select a beautiful traditional costume for free, and also they will provide all the accessories and even there is a makeup artist to take care of your makeup, so you don't need any nice clothes or makeup as everything is organized by the hotel photography place. I loved all the photos they took, they beautify the photos so all look amazing, had difficulty choosing!! The photographer is so professional and they have amazing costumes!! Dressing up and makeup and phorography session all free of charge when you book the hotel! They give free photo but I bought some because quality is amazing! Will definitely visit again!

The hotel has spectacular view with super friendly staff. They offers good tips where to get around. The hotel also provides free transportations to nearby area and one-hour professional free photo shooting. It’s fun to try on their colourful minority tribes costume or your own cloths for pictures taking. Deserts will be served at rooms after 8pm. We will come back again😁

The hotel location is 10mins drive from the West Street which offer a lot of restaurant, shop, and bar. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was amazing, the staff is very responsive & helpful. Some of the public area might need improvement regarding the building quality & landscape though the room was big & clean.

Enjoyed our stay with excellent customer service. Helped us to arrange 2 days of tours. We really had a great time taking a cruise to Yangli. The outing at Ruyi Peak is such a memorable experience. Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.
