The stay in 云上谷 is amazing, the owner Kitty is very passionate and helpful with our day to day itinerary, and beyond. I booked a room with bathtub, and it came with amazing view of xianggong shan, waking up to this view everyday is perfect. We have dinner daily at the hotel because the food is super yummy and affordable. Kitty is good in Cantonese and mandarin too, we are glad to have her recommendations for our activity around the hotel (dope scenery view, chill cafes etc) She helped us to book our paragliding at a lower rates, and settled our driver to xianggong shan with good service! The hotel also arranged a one time drive service to the high rail station. The hotel is located in a good location, near a few sightseeing locations and away from the city. Will definitely be back! Hope we took more photos, the food is too yummy, didn’t manage to take photos before we ate the food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 雲上谷 in Huashan village, Xingping town, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. This hotel truly encompasses convenience, beauty, and easy access to the most stunning mountains, the Li River, and charming coffee shops. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its location. Situated amidst breathtaking scenery, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding mountains and natural wonders. Whether you're interested in hiking, visiting old buildings, embarking on scenic walks, exploring caves, or immersing yourself in the charm of old towns, this hotel offers it all. The owner, Kitty, is not only fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese but also an avid hiker who has conquered all of the nearby mountains. Her knowledge and passion for the area truly enhance the experience. During my stay, I found that the hotel's 2-4 days itinerary was perfect for fully enjoying the scenic places and hidden gems the region has to offer. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff made me feel at home. The meals served in the hotel were exceptional, showcasing the local flavors and culinary delights. In conclusion, I highly recommend 雲上谷 to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Huashan village. It offers convenience, beauty, and easy access to the area's stunning mountains, the Li River, and characteristic coffee shops. With Kitty's expertise and the hotel's excellent hospitality, you're guaranteed an unforgettable experience.

Excellent B & B. The B & B located at 20 mins driving distance from 陽朔 train station and riverside。 Can enjoy pretty view from lobby, room, and rooftop. There are many attractions around, e.g. 相公山，竹筏碼頭。 They provide very simple but delicious home made food for dining. The host and all staff is helpful and polite. Surprisingly, the host can speak Cantonese. The lobby and room are CLEAN and NICE DESIGN.

Very clean place with very friendly staff. Location is a bit outside of Xingxing’s Center and main touristic street but you can get a scooter everywhere or take a shuttle bus nearby. I also recommend dinner in the hotel which is very tasty. From my point of view it was much better than in the restaurants on the main street. Good choice of Chinese breakfast as well. All good spots for taking pictures are nearby.

This was a truly exceptional experience! I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and none have ever been as friendly, accommodating and wonderful as this. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have a spectacular view. The bathroom in particular is designed beautifully and the shower is perfect. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. But what really made the experience exceptional is how warm and attentive the staff were. They were always so happy to see us and always asking if they could help us in any way. They helped arrange a few activities for us, a driver and even packed us a going away kit of fruit and water on our way out. Our only regret is not telling them how much we appreciated their hospitality in person because of a language barrier. This was such a wonderful time and we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

We were more than happy to have stayed at VALLEY Resort for 2 nights. Located just a few steps from the Li River, clean and well-stocked with amenities, the hotel is an ideal base for anyone who wants to have easy access to trails and piers. The staff offered impeccable services that were genuine and heartwarming. Every step along the way, they made sure we had things, such as umbrellas, water, and good information, to enjoy our outings and the scenery. We ordered two meals from the hotel restaurant and were delighted with the fresh ingredients and well-balanced taste. A special note about the owner’s hospitality. She loved traveling and had lived in Macao for years. It was her love for people and the place that brought her back to Xingping old town. Her passion for making her hotel a friendly stay where travelers could share experiences and friendships was palpable. I hope more people have a chance to enjoy this lovely accommodation. We will definitely come back next time we visit Yangshuo.

Highly recommended, top class spotless comfortable modern rooms. The staff are 100% attentive, warm and friendly, could not ask for more! Breakfast provided was homemade and generous. Had dinner in hotel for 2 nights and we were very happy with the food. They provide free desserts and fruits at night. The best part were the staff! Love to come back.

Valley Resort Hotel was amazing. I highly recommend it for your trip to Yangshuo. The facilities are clean, well managed and well decorated, a very homie feeling. The staff is awesome and very helpful, even beyond that. They always made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us find the best attractions, make sure our driver knew the route, etc... They concted us before arriving and sent us a driver to come pick us up at the train station (free of charge), very convenient for sure. The food was great as well, you can tell they made it themselves with fresh ingredients. I recommend to try their bread for breakfast, homemade it seems, super good! We also had a lunch and a dinner at the hotel, very good and filling with reasonable price. Just good things to say about the place and the people running it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you!

Very beautiful and comfortable place. Clean rooms and linen. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every evening we received a fruit platter and some sweet bean porridge. Very close to Xingping ancient town.. dinner is delicious and affordable. Free taxi ride to the train station on checkout plus a carry on fruit hamper. Wonderful place, strongly recommend.
