The hotel is located on a higher ground in the local area. The front desk staff were very helpful and helped upgrade to a room with a view of the Three Gorges Dam. The view is very good.
The service of the hotel restaurant is also very good, the dishes are large and the taste is very good.
The only regret is that when two people checked in and hoped to send two more bottles of water to the room, they were told that there would be an extra charge. This is the first time I've heard of it. Later, when I checked out, I asked why this was the case. I was told that in order to avoid waste from guests, the hotel will indeed require an additional fee of 2 yuan per bottle. But if you only need 1 or 2 bottles, the extra cost can be reduced. Although the reason is acceptable, the first request I made was only two bottles of water. If the fee can be reduced or exempted, I didn't inform me when I called. At the same time, there is no explanation for the reason for this fee (if it is to prevent waste, the guests may be more acceptable psychologically). The hotel's training for customer service staff in this area should be strengthened.
