We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the
staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms
are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and
have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet
was definitely worth the money as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.

酒店環境相當不錯，乾淨整潔美觀。前台Giselle的服務非常熱情體貼，和客人的溝通非常及時並能快速解決問題。餐廳的美食也非常好吃。泳池的ALLEN也在有問題的時候第一時間幫客人解決。這是一次非常滿意的家庭親子旅行住宿體驗。下次再來還是會首選這家酒店。

整體評價就是 太一般 性價比低 進步空間還很大啊 和別的城市的萬豪有點差距 入住39樓大床房
1.我們定了兩間房，安排的有一間是拐角那種房型，房間裏面還有連接另一邊房間的門，也不提前告知，到的晚了就住兩晚也就算了，另一間就是正常房型。
2.我覺得鼎鼎大名的萬豪服務人員的專業度都不如亞朵 覺得房型不好大床換標間補錢也行不給換 外賣也不讓送上樓 你們不讓送，你們可以派人或者有很多酒店現在用機器人送也可以呀，人家來一句，我們不能接觸你們的外賣，無了個大語。
3.設施 就真的沒什麼特別的 該有的沒有 衞生間馬桶那不放酒精棉片不放一次性馬桶墊 放個尕不唧唧“衞生帶” 不能理解 馬桶圈是方圓型的 一般的一次性馬桶墊海用不了 浴缸也沒有一次性的泡澡袋 淋浴頭下面放個石頭凳子 ？？不理解是什麼操作
4.位置位於銀川市新城區 周邊比較僻靜吧 吃喝不是很方便 哦對了 自駕來的朋友最好停好車入住登記的時候就把車牌號備案了 不然中途出入的時候是要繳費的
酒店外部環境啥的還是可以 就是水平不達預期 會失望
