"Came to Yinchuan specifically for a trip and chose the Kempinski. From the moment we walked in, the front desk greeted us warmly. Seeing we had a child, they proactively upgraded us to a higher floor room with a view and thoughtfully provided a welcome fruit platter. They even wrote down recommendations for the Huaiyuan Night Market and museum routes. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, and any requests were met with a prompt response. The service was gentle and thorough. The lobby is grand, and Front Desk staff Daisy Du's service was absolutely top-notch!"
