Jednakże zrozumiałyśmy się z powodu braku koordynacji w odniesieniu do naszych pokoi. Pomimo zaznaczenia wniosku o uaktualnienie w początkowej rezerwacji i monitorowania przez telefon, pracownicy nie mogli dostarczyć żadnych szczegółów lub opcji, czy płacone, czy uzupełniające. Dla pobytu obejmującego cztery pokoje w ciągu pięciu nocy oczekiwaliśmy bardziej proaktywnego podejścia do zaspokojenia takich żądań. The hotel is located in Yinchuan Cultural City. There is a bus stop on the roadside, which is convenient for getting to Yinchuan Railway Station. It only costs one yuan to get on the bus within the city, and it is only one yuan for any seat. It is very convenient to go to Yuhuang Tower and Drum Tower in the ancient city area to eat mutton soup, shabu-shabu mutton hotpot and Hui food. Worth staying again."

We left our charging cable behind when we checked out, and it was Xiao Liu who carefully noticed and even helped us ship it to our next destination. The hotel's accommodation and dining were both exceptionally comfortable, no wonder the reviews and ratings are so high! Especially the bed and pillows, and the room itself – it was a quiet oasis despite being centrally located. The hotel's location near Gulou is also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby."

"This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn I've ever stayed at. I was truly disappointed. The service was terrible, and the cleanliness was appalling. Besides a toothbrush and toothpaste, there wasn't even a cotton swab for toiletries. Their main focus is on cutting costs in service. Saving money is necessary, but after all, it's a four-star hotel; they should at least provide the necessary amenities. There was no ironing machine, and the bar didn't even have a coffee spoon. It felt like I'd walked into a budget chain restaurant. The service attitude was awful, and they even tried to fool guests. When I asked the front desk for a disposable spoon, they said they didn't have any. Then, at breakfast, I discovered that disposable spoons were available for anyone to help themselves. Respect is mutual!"

The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. The lobby is elegant and the whole hotel is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. Getting around and finding places to eat was easy, and the stay was really comfortable. Highly recommend, five stars!"

"I have reported the problem to the front desk, but there is no feedback. The arranged room is next to the distribution box. It is not obvious during the day. At night, I can hear buzzing in the closet next to the bed. I went back late at night. We wanted to have a good rest, but there was a buzz all night. The children were tired from playing and fell asleep soundly. My husband and I didn't have the nerve to ask the front desk to change rooms. I reported the problem during the day. I said that a hotel that has been open for 10 years assigned the problematic room to the guest. The front desk also told me that we did not know about this problem in the first place and we did not go up. They also said that the room was out of service and would be repaired immediately. I admire it. This kind of righteousness is none of my business what you tell me about your repairs. I don’t even want to talk about the poor hygiene of the bathtub. I just didn’t take some photos to prove it. This is how Yinchuan five-star hotels provide service. I feel angry just thinking about it!"
