12月25日掛牌出去，有人清潔垃圾。但第日26日掛牌出去，沒有人清潔，垃圾堆積如小山，頗不衛生。不好。

We had a lovely stay here at York central rooms comfortable & very clean staff very friendly & helpful.we were so close to everything.Wetherspoons was right next door great for breakfast & evening drinks we would definitely stay here again.

Cheap hotel so you get what you pay for but the windows are so thin if you're at the front it's as if the window is open the whole time. The noise is really bad but not the staffs fault. Central location and easy to get everywhere.

We regularly stay at this Travelodge and have always found it to be clean, comfortable and a great location. However this time our room was facing the pub and I was aware of the noise late at night even when the windows were closed and we were staying for two nights. When we checked out I spoke to John, the hotel manager and he was very understanding and suggested that in future they could book me a room overlooking the river instead. I appreciated his input and advice.

This hotel is ideally positioned for a great weekend in York. Plus very handy having the Wetherspoons right next door for breakfast - maybe Travelodge could give a discount voucher for using there? I appreciated the discount voucher for Q Parks

Thanks to John the manager and his fantastic customer service are stay was great. We stayed for two nights, first one was in a room on the road junction and was noisy at night, the second in a Super room. Quiet and lovely view, definitely worth the very small price difference. Thank you John and your team, we will now be returning (Super room only).

Lovely relaxing few days. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.
