再也不會住這個酒店，緊挨着約克大教堂，窗户能看到半個教堂的房間，三千多一晚，入住沒有拖鞋，沒有牙具，沒有睡衣，不包早餐，房間設施陳舊，馬桶是拉繩式的在房頂上，中間想沖水需要站立你腦補吧。棉被枕芯還是那種老棉花的，好久沒換過了吧。房間衹剩大，注意約克老城轉一圈步行也就幾十分鐘，第二天十點半就讓退房，一般都得12點吧？所以僅憑這個窗口景觀這個服務這個設施，感覺亂要價。

So convenient in the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Used the valet parking, very easy and quick - saved us a lot of effort in finding parking. Staff were great and the meals delicious.

A lovely hotel we had a very comfortable 2 night stay, staff all first class, room was well equipped with everything you would need. Location was excellent.

The facility is gorgeous, the food is great, staff are wonderful... right in front of the Minster.

Have stayed here several times over the years snd it’s a good hotel. However, extremely expensive this time and has put me off booking again tbh!
