地點好(轉個角就是大教堂） 但它是餐廳附設的旅館 所以check in時等很久 櫃台完全沒人 按鈴 打電話都沒人 等了有10分鐘以上 還有其他人也在等 沒電梯 有幫忙拿上去 （4樓） check out等沒人 自己扛下來 也等了好久才有人來check out 住閣樓 有點冷 被子不夠暖 備品不錯

This hotel is quite lovely, situated just off the Shambles and near to the Minster. The restaurant 'Forest' is delightful and the food was very good. ,

fabulous place to stay and the staff are friendly and hard working, cant get closer to the city than this hotel and the food is lovely

Perfect location
Comfy attractive room with great view from the skylights.
Let down by the bathroom, servicable but could do with some tlc.
Delicious dinner in restaurant and good breakfast.
Menus need sorting out as the food cost significsntly more on the menu in the restaurant than the menu in the room.

Great food and service. The room was small but we were aware of that. Just the main tv channels were unavailable which was a little frustrating. Otherwise a lovely stay.

An enjoyable overnight stay. Great location, the room was very clean, staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back.
