We enjoyed our stay at this unique property and would definitely return. Large, comfortable and excellent area.
Few improvements-bed not very comfortable, no coffee or tea, and only one small bar of soap (no shampoo, separate soap/body wash for shower). These would make it much better. Staying here? Bring your own!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone
The spiel stairway was a bit challenging getting heavy suitcases up and down but plenty of floor space once you get up there

This is an amazing property, so different to other places we've stayed in. Definitely has the wow factor when you walk in. Quirky describes it best. Lots of thought has been put into the interior design. Very clean, extremely comfortable, right in the centre of York with a 2 minute walk to the Shambles. Only downside is some noise at night time as you're next to the back entrances to some restaurants and a pub. The alleyway leading to the property is not very clean and a bit off putting but once you're in the property it's amazing. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great little pub around the corner - the blue belle. If you want a group of locals to chat, they are happy to have you.

Right in the heart of York city centre. Everything you would need within a 10 minute walk. Excellent communication made checking in/out vey easy.

Amazing location and spotlessly clean
Everything that you need and a lovely welcome gift
Only downside was the noise in the morning
But I suppose it’s expected in the city centre

Fantastic location and stunning quirky apartment. We both loved our stay in york and would defo recommend this to anyone thinking of going. The apartment has everything you need down to a coffee machine. Made staying in york a much better experience.
