房間對比約克大酒店就覺得好小，房間屬於比較現代的風格，但我也不是很喜歡，整體色調偏沉色，有點壓抑的感覺。酒店早餐也一般，很少選擇，香腸或其他肉類都很鹹，可能鹽不用錢🙃

Nice hotel, great location near train station and York city centre. Good Restaurant and Bar area if needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would use again when in York.

Great location, short walk from train station and to York Minster and Shambles. Great views over looking the river. Staff very helpful, great cocktails and snacks at the bar. Excellent choice, full cooked breakfast which is table service, staff very courteous.
Beds comfy, large club room modern facilities and shower, only one criticism is an extra light source is needed eg the addition of a brighter lamp in room especially due to lack of light in winter months.

Reception service great but no service whatsoever at the restaurant, I had to go and look for someone to serve me. I had a club room nice but lacked the little extras such as a flannel, hand lotion, a radio.

Room good although furniture and decor were looking a little tired. Location is a strong point being easy walk into the city centre. Lack of parking irritating, service can be described as eclectic at best and we'll deal with you when we are ready at worst. The whole slightly post modern goth stich associated with the dark colour schemes and the almost total predominance of adult couples feels very odd verging on cultish - like something out of Eyes Wide Shut. And it is expensive for what it is. One time only visit for me.
