"Our visit to the Kirchenwirt today ended in a bad mood because our dog was thrown out of the restaurant after a brief bark and had to sit outside the restaurant in the pouring rain. The arrogance of the owner is simply questionable as to whether he can deal with guests. When we asked him several times, he denied it, how cowardly. The food and staff had to make up for everything with their friendliness. The owner should not be allowed to be a leader of humanity. This person put us in a bad mood during our vacation because of a situation that came out of nowhere. Even other guests enjoyed the dog's presence. Never again at the Kirchenwirt Dorfplatz 4!!!"

"If this is a 5 star hotel then I don't know what it is! We visit 5 star hotels several times a year but this misses everything! The reception already went wrong. 2 girls in their internship period have to do everything. The room is a jumble of furniture that doesn't match. We booked the sky loft... I don't expect any pots and pans there... no offer of fruit or water or anything like that... dinner could also be booked extra for an additional charge on top of the main price! This really made no sense! Fondue in a 5 star restaurant…? The staff did their best but were overworked because there was a shortage of staff... so the Egger family: don't let your hotel go under and put on your own work clothes. Your family a few hundred meters with fewer stars is doing much better! I really don't understand how they got this ranking..."

"Although we haven’t stayed here ourselves we have received wonderful service from them. Our very good friends had booked this hotel for their wedding anniversary and we wanted to surprise them by having a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for them in their room on arrival. We emailed the hotel hoping this could be arranged. Within an hour we received a telephone call from Calvin Schumbera at the hotel and he very enthusiastically explained that of course he could assist us and what our options were. We went with Calvins recommendation and paid over the phone. A receipt was immediately emailed to us. When our friends arrived they were absolutely thrilled with the surprise and sent us pictures immediately. We are looking forward to hearing all the details when they return home. Thank you so much Calvin for your recommendation, assistance and making our friends stay really memorable."

"Hotel absolutely beautiful, rooms really well present with large balcony and mini fridge, and beautiful shower after long day on the slopes. It is approx 10 mins from the ski lift and 10 mins to town. Breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had, delicious. Hopefully we will be back to ski in Zell am Ziller and would definitely choose the alpenhof."

"Hotel blisko gondoli, można spokojnie dotrzeć pieszo. Bardzo ładny pokój, filunkcjonalnie umeblowany, osobno ubikacja i prysznic. W hotelu duża strefa spa, kilka saun, piękny i nowy pokój wypoczynku. W restauracji pyszne posiłki; śniadania urozmaicone a na kolacje wybiera się dania z karty plus jest też bufet. Hotel posiada narciarnie i duży parking. Polecam!"
