The hotel is large, the elevator is fast, and there is a mid-to-high-end restaurant at the door. However, the security measures are not good, and anyone can take the elevator to each floor. I can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

- 總體印象：這家酒店是一個連鎖酒店，但好像漳州市區附近這邊，這是第一家。酒店剛剛開業沒多久，可以看出來剛剛完成裝修，所以所有的東西都非常的新，可也有一些業務上的不熟練，但是這絲毫不影響酒店的工作人員非常周到的服務以及善解人意的態度給我們帶來的賓至如歸的感覺（真心話），還有非常舒適的居住體驗也是很棒的。酒店的設計非常的人性化，感覺設計師有很好的對酒店設計的研究，美中不足是AI聲控有一些小小的笨拙，有時候會比較慢或者沒有反應，但這可能等他們完全新店步入正軌之後會有所提高。 - 設施感受：酒店是在花卉市場裏面一進去的一個非常大的樓內，如果打車去的話，需要到這一棟樓的背面就可以看到酒店的名字門牌。酒店設有健身房、洗衣房，等等，餐廳的食物很好吃，做菜的師傅很厲害，提供的涼菜特別棒，還有一些炒菜也做得很可口。但因為剛開業期間管理的一些小混亂，餐廳容易滿客找不到位置衹能去酒店大堂，而且暫時沒有咖啡提供，這個我想在他們管理步入正軌之後也會有所改善。相比房間的舒適程度這些小小的細節當中的不足，也可以忽略，這也是令我非常驚喜的部分，因為在漳州並沒有太多對酒店的期待。 - 地理位置：這裏雖然看上去好像並不挨着任何地方，可是從這裏打車到古城還有市區附近衹需要15/6分鐘左右非常的方便，如果是自駕的話，那就更加方便了。從這裏出去走路大概1公里左右（可以走路去）也有一條街有一些飯店都不錯，衹是節假日期間可能要碰運氣。最令我們驚喜的是，因為酒店就在花卉市場裏面，而且好像據説是整個福建最大的花卉批發市場，查了一下1000多個攤位，13萬平方米，所以如果閑來無事可以在市場裏面逛一逛買一些花種類齊如果然後就成什麼玩意有其他行程的話可以買一些小的，也很方便攜，因為這裏主要做的是批發給全國各地的花店，自己去逛的話老闆們也都給零售。
