IT technicians advised that TV modem out of order so could not watch TV at all.

Poor services in buffet breakfast time. Staff always grouped for chatting instead of serving clients. Used plates left on customer tables without taken away. Staff started to mopping floor and clean up food on bench even customers still having breakfast before the end of breakfast time.

The common areas and the rooms we stayed in were tastefully decorated. The double room was a little dark. The hotel is very big so there was a fair bit of walking to get from one room to another, but overall it's a very nice hotel.
