It's a great exerience that we stayed in this hotel...everything is perfect...the room is clean, the view is good even it's a foggy day and the breakfast is delicious....The landlord, she is very nice. She gave us many suggestions about places to go and also many good seafood restaurants.....she offered to take photos for us. She has a good photograph skill....everything is great....we will come back here again if we have a chance....😁😁😁

房間在頂樓是兩個卧室加一個客廳的，視野很好，早上五點起來看到日出，超級美，拍了很多照片，推薦四人出遊的朋友訂！早餐裏面的腐乳很好吃，樓下有茶咖吧，拍照很出片，店裡小姐姐人超級好很熱情，還幫忙拿行李服務很貼心，免費停車場也很方便，下次來還要住這裏！！！

自己帶着長者來普陀山出行，結果飛機落地那天下大雨，臨時改了行程，訂的借茶家，到了之後店員小哥哥淋着雨幫我們拎行李特別熱情，
房間乾淨舒適是比較日式的那種感覺，很清新。
前台外面有觀海的露台，可以坐在那喝咖啡觀海。
一層後面還有自家的餐廳酒吧茶室，遊玩一天後回來喝點小酒喝點熱茶，與親朋靜靜的聊會天真的是絕佳的人生體驗。
整體感覺非常好，如果來還願還會住借茶問。

衞生：對於一點點潔癖的人很友好。房間裏的浴巾和毛巾都是一次性的，非常適合強迫症星人。有一次性馬桶墊還有一次性枕套。
環境：窗外就是海，晚上睡覺可以聽得到海浪聲的白噪音，很愜意。老闆的小貓小狗超級可愛。
服務：老闆非常熱情，給我們做咖啡喝，晚上也會有燒烤，推薦！

出了門就是免費的海邊景點，海景房視野很好，非常治癒，門口有一個小陽台，有圍欄隔開，可以帶小狗或者小孩，可以放心玩。關上圍欄打開門，可以坐在屋裡發呆一下午，聽海浪的聲音，治癒心靈～晚上海邊還可以放煙花，早晨天氣好的話能看到日出。在門前的海邊帶狗子瘋玩，結束了以後可以立馬回去洗洗，很方便

房間佈置非常雅，那種一見就能讓人靜下來的感覺，榻榻米風格頗有一種禪修的氛圍，然而臨窗觀海，雲捲雲舒，潮起潮落，令人釋懷放鬆。
服務人員和藹，細緻，周到，感謝你們了。
