"The hotel room is quite spacious, perfect for a family trip. There's a kids' amusement park inside the hotel (requires an additional fee). The hot springs can be accessed freely throughout your stay. The buffet at the kids' amusement park is good and you can go in and eat anytime. There's plenty of food, definitely enough to fill you up. There's also a Chinese restaurant, but we didn't go as it has specific opening hours. The hot springs also have a shallow area for children."

"The room was clean and came with disposable bathtub and toilet covers, which was a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was diverse and delicious! Taking our two-year-old to swim and play in the soft play area was a great experience! The service was excellent, and the staff were all very patient and polite. You can buy swimsuits and swimming rings inside. The only downside is that there's no elevator to the pool, just a long staircase. This makes it impossible for elderly people with mobility issues to watch their grandchildren play in the water."
