We were in Macau and chose this hotel. Excellent service, breakfast coupons, cleanliness, and a super room—that's what you'll find here. My boyfriend and I were delighted with the location and service! The receptionists were very kind and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I also told about you in my blog and my friends said that they will visit you too!🤍

Lokalizacja tego hotelu jest rzeczywiście bardzo wygodna, dotarcie do ruin St. Paul wraz z wieloma innymi atrakcjami w centralnej dzielnicy Makau zajmuje około 10 minut. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu pokój jest czystszy niż myślałem i ma niezbędne udogodnienia, w tym ciepłą wodę, Wi-Fi, kapcie itp. Ale dla osoby, która jest tu pierwszy raz, nie jest łatwo go znaleźć, poszukaj znaku z napisem „Edificio Kam Hou” i wejdź po schodach na 1. piętro, aby się zameldować.

Hotel jest świetny i ma dobrą lokalizację, stare miasto w Taipa. Znalezienie rzeczy do jedzenia i kupienia jest więc bardzo łatwe. Ponadto wygodny jest dostęp do pociągu / autobusu, aby zwiedzać okolicę.

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

Przebyliśmy dwie noce. Wiedzieliśmy, że dostarczają tylko ręczniki do usuwania, więc przynieśliśmy nasze własne. Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że są jednorazowe pościel (rysunek). To było bardzo niewygodne uczucie na skórze, sprawiło, że pot jak szalony prawdopodobnie z powodu tworzywa sztucznego jak tkaniny. Porwano też w pierwszej nocy, spodziewałem się, że będzie się wymieniać, gdy przynoszą nową wodę (to bardzo powszechne, aby dostać dwie butelki wody na noc), ale nie. Więc zostałem z roztrzaskanych jednorazowych arkuszy i rzeczywisty koc przeszedł. To sprawiło, że pomyślałem, jak często to musiało się zdarzyć wcześniej: ludzie zaczynają pocić (makau jest ciepłe i trochę wilgotne) w rzeczywistym kocku, który prawdopodobnie nigdy nie jest czysty z powodu jednorazowych arkuszy. Następni goście to samo dzieje się, więc zasadniczo wszyscy śpią pod tym samym kockiem. Również łóżko było bardzo twarde (nawet dla azjatyckich standardów). Mój partner i ja jesteśmy w wieku poniżej 25 lat i ból pleców następnego ranka. Cały hotel, a także pokój był bardzo wilgotny, pachniał jak papierosy/cygara i nie można otworzyć żadnych okien, nawet częściowo. W przeciwnym razie wygląda jak zdjęcia, a reszta pokoju/bath był czysty, z wyjątkiem zapachu i prawdopodobnie łóżko. Jeśli chciałem znów odwiedzić Makau, prawdopodobnie dostanę hotel w Zhuhai (kontynentalny Chiny), który jest mniej drogi i lokalni mówili nam, że jest 24-godzinna kontrola granicy i cały proces zajmuje tylko około 10 minut.

I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

So I booked another room because of my flight being delayed, and yes I do not have any second thoughts booking this hotel. They gave me a different room this time and still they gave me a clean, well done and nice amenities inside the room. I love how it is easy to check in and check out. My flight is early so I checked out early as well. It was a 3 min walk to the bus stop. Also theres a 1 min walk 24 hrs supermarket! Like whaaaaaat? I highly recommend this place!

The location is good. Near the tourist streets and spots yet in a quiet lane. Walk straight out to the main road and you get lots of buses to different places. Only downside was not soundproof. The shower and toilet flushes were so loud! It’s non-smoking but my nose is sensitive and could smell a little. Overall I’m happy with the place. If you like firm bed then this is good for you.

It's a bit tricky finding the entrance of the hotel as you have to go to the side of the building. I'm surprised that the room is soundproof even if my room is next to a busy street.
