Хороший, просторный номер. Были в конце апреля, на улице было холодно и в номере включили отопление, поэтому находится было очень комфортно, спасибо!
Отличный завтрак, после него можно не обедать)
Небольшой минус: на территории нет парковки, поэтому машину нужно оставлять в переулке у отеля, но машины там ездят редко)

I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

Jest w porządku dla podróżnych z budżetu świadomych i lekkich. W przeciwnym razie trzeba przenieść bagaż przez bardzo wąską pola z betonową ścianą po obu stronach, a następnie do góry wąskim lotem kroków. Ma sufit łuku, który jest mniejszy niż 1.5m wysoki w moim pokoju. W każdym razie, kiedy szedłem dalej z łóżka, rzuciłem na niego głowę kilka razy. Tylko dzieci mogą spać na tym łóżku. Wyposażenie są jak oczekiwano od gościa- bez slippera, podstawowych toalet, bez łyżeczek i herbaty/kawy. Jednak, jest to oferowane w dzielonej kuchni. Śniadanie jest bardzo lokalne z owocami pomidorowymi kawy lokalne ciastka i ser. Lokalizacja jest poza głównym drogą i ogólnie potrzebne jest taksówki, aby dostać się do centrum miasta. Host powinien zapewnić dzwonek drzwi lub intercom i znak przybycia gościa. Nie jest w stanie porozumieć się po angielsku, ale host bardzo starał się zaakceptować żądanie gościa i używał oralnego Google tłumaczyć do komunikacji.

Отель просто как из сказки, оправдал все наши ожидания! Очень необычные, но продуманные до мелочей дома, ухоженная зеленая территория, по территории течет горная река. В доме очень чисто, белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца с эмблемой-круглой дверью домиков из Шира, капсульная кофе-машина, чайник и чайные пакетики, растворимый кофе, чабрец и мята для чая. Завтрак также очень большой и разнообразный. Пожалуй единственный непринципиальный минус-то, что отель не в центре Дилижана, а в самом его начале и до супермаркета нужно ехать минут 5-7, но можно заказывать доставку еды из ресторанов, такси также очень недорогое. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Теперь все наши знакомые хотят в этот отель!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. First of all, Dilijan is very nice and small, and this hotel overlooks the cityscape from the hill. The way up is not very steep. It took us 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and nice, and the windows are lit with natural sunlight. I was especially fond of the bed, which was a massive wooden one, very stylish and comfortable. The bed is fluffy and warm. Everything is ok in the room, and it has a private bathroom, which is super comfortable too. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and also let me leave my rucksack after checkout until my taxi arrived. I am very happy with my time there. This place is very nice, but I believe it will be nicer in summer because the hotel has a beautiful yard, and it was too cold now to sit there and enjoy the scenery.

GGuest UserIt is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

MMoonloverWe completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family.
We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool.
Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it.
Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature.
Overall, highly recommended!

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel, a stunning breakfast, a stunning view of the mountains, in the morning you can go out on the balcony, listen to bird singing. To the center of Dilijan we went to the Yandex taxi, 300 drama. We had a spa visit, but we did not take bathing supplies, so I can't estimate, breakfasts bought 22,000 drams for two days, but they are worth it. Shops are not nearby, it is necessary to go to the center, by taxi 5 minutes. The room has everything you need: water every day, tea, coffee, teapot, slippers, towels, coats, toothbrush and pasta, shampoo, shower gel, fan. Heating in the room is, is included individually. The only thing I didn't have was to feel Armenian hospitality, no one smiles anywhere except a woman in the restaurant, but it is a small minus, in the rest everything is fine.

GGuest UserThe bathroom complex really looks great and attracts attention to its appearance. I believe that inside too everything is organized at the top level, providing comfort and comfort for visitors. It is certainly possible to relax and rest from the daily vain, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. I want to believe that the bath complex provides its guests with unforgettable impressions and a mass of positive emotions. Overall, this is a place worth visiting for recovery and good time.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel. Fresh, cleaner clothes, cleaner houses. The two-storey houses themselves are on the first floor of the kitchen, living room, a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. There is an exit to the backyard with mangal and chairs-bags. There is a balcony from the bedroom with a wonderful view. It is no secret that Armenia has a central heating problem and we were driving drowning, no longer expecting heat. But surprisingly, the house was warm. We still asked to mellow us the fireplace. Very cozy, warm, beautiful and quiet. A corner of silence and calm. And what wonderful people on the respiratory and the workers are so happy one
